this was so informative and helpful, especially the examples you gave. i have an interview coming up for acute services and this is definitely going to help, thank you !!
Fantastic! Best of luck - for interviews, employers usually want to see your understanding of the client group (things they experience, common risks, etc.). Let me know how it goes!
This video came at a perfect time, I have an interview coming up and I know risk is going to be focus of the interview because of the nature of the role. Found this to be a really helpful and clear way to help me to frame my answers. Also really helpful for use in my current role for when I do patient formulations.
Really helpful video. Do you have any tips for accurately identifying the main problem where there are lots of things going on for a person, and where focusing on that problem would help them overall? I would love any tips or particular resources you think may help with this as sometimes I feel a bit overwhelmed by the fact that so much is going on for someone! Thank you ❤
Hiya - thank you so much for your comment! I would try to ascertain what feels most important for the person themselves - that can usually give you a good indicator of what they want to work on. It can defo feel a bit overwhelming at times! I would also advise discussing in supervision and drawing out a formulation with all the information on as you can start to see the links and what might be driving what is going on. I hope that helps!
