I was wondering why there hasn’t been a new video for a while. Thank god you are back! Phew!! You will get back to 100k in no time. You have by far the best bottle digging channel. Looking forward to the next video. Amazing job Tom!
New channel! Wondering where you were. Awesome! I have an early 1800s brick mansion we’re rebuilding and we find artifacts all around it just under the surface. We have 2 cisterns and several privy’s that need digging but we are swamped with construction work. You’re welcome here anytime
It would be interesting to have those that have the original contents analyzed just to see what exactly people were putting in their body. Love the videos I’ve watched for 2 years
I, like everyone else here, is happy to have found your new channel! I have realized, it’s not really about the old glass you dig, but about the lives of those who lived back then. These pits tell you a fascinating story.
This video is awesome! I love it! So informative! Who can believe there's so much history under 3 ft of ground. Anytime I dig around here I just find rocks and lots of them
Love your videos and finds. I live & grew up in New Jersey. We have Wheaton glass nearby. I’ve learned a lot watching your videos. Congratulations on new endeavors!!!!
WOW!! I clicked on the suggested upload and when it started, I had to do a retake and check to see if it really was you! It was!! Happy to have found your channel! ☺
Love your channel Tom, can you do some videos of how you clean and preserve your bottles. You mentioned something about putting something on a label to save it, would love to learn more.
Tom an amazing two digs.Loved that stone liner. Were people walking around wondering what you were doing being so close to the road? Really enjoyed the embossed bottles, stoneware, sponge-ware and enamel pot. We are officially on your channel now and have some catching up to do. Take care👍👏😀
Hello 👋 from New York, You guys found some amazing finds. My favorite find was the stoneware coffee ☕️ cups. Thank you for bringing me along with you. I can't wait to see where you go and what you find next ☺️
Sorry you had to go through crap in life to get here. It's what makes us who we are. Love your discoveries and your obvious love of what you're doing. You channel is as good as ever! Missed you!
At 29:46, it may well be a mustach cup, but because the well with the holes appears to be deeper, it may also be a one cup pitcher with a tea/teabag strainer. It's hard to tell from picture how deep the straining section is.
Thank you to a follower who directed me to your new channel. What an assortment of bottles and miscellaneous items located on this site. Now to catch up on episodes. Keep Digging!
You are the best bottle ( artifact) digger out there. Very articulate, use with a trowel like true archeologists. All these other guys using backhoes, pitchforks and shovels the way they do. You can hear the scraping of the glass. Makes you wonder how many they break VS. save. A lot more than you. You've got it down to an art. Keep up the good work.
I have an early start tomorrow morning (just found your channel as I mentioned in the first one I watched). I told myself, ok, just this one, then you’re going to sleep! 3 more watched, and I’m finally making myself go to sleep! Lol - great channel! Thanks 😊
Glad to find the new channel! I've been finding tons of broken glass a few bottles , broken plates ect on my property. Our home used to be a post office and general store in 1900ish sometime and a few different buildings around that fell. Tons of burnt stuff, you don't have to dig deep either. It's fun seeing you find whole pieces of things.
Tom I love listening to you talk about the history you can here the excitement in your voice can’t wait for another video. Thank you for your history knowledge of days of my pass.
You're back, yay! Looks like you're having to restart the channel, shame since you had it pretty well dialed in but stuff happens, I'm sure you'll get your subs back in short order, you earned them! Good luck Tom!! 👍
I noticed that you dug a Smith & Wesson Oil Bottle! I had never seen one of those before. I do have applied top oil bottles from Winchester, Remington, and Simmons Hdwe - the latter company being in the wholesale/retail gun business.
Congrats on the new channel! I wondered what happened to the old one 'cause I'd always watch it on the weekends while drinking my coffee. Thought you were just doing some more digs. Glad this one popped up in my feed today and happy to see you back. I really enjoy your videos and used to be a collector of old bottles 40 years ago. Don't do it as much as I used to, but I really enjoy watching you get excited about big finds and I am so glad someone still enjoys finding old bottles! You're very knowledgeable about them and I've learned a lot!! Wishing you the best!!
Great to see you back. As always another cool dig. Wish you continued success with your new program. Look forward to seeing the next dig. Take care and stay safe 👍
Great that you have your own channel now and exclusive control of it. Keep up the excellent work, Tom.

You betcha! I've owned a few! (You probably already know that a woman's urinal is shaped differently than a man's.)
So happy you are back. You look happy!!

Love to see fellow amateur urban archaeologists doing our thing. And you seem very up on history of these companies.
