Ingredients:-
oil 1 cup
salt 2 taste
tomatoes 2 medium size
potatoes 2 medium size
green chillies 4 - 5
whole spices 1 tbsp
mint leaves 1 handful
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
cummin seeds 1 tbsp
bat leaves 2
basmati rice 2 glass
water 4 glass
