Been working on this thing since October of 2022. It got delayed a lot but it's finally here, so hope you enjoy. :) Oh, and who else is looking forward to Freelancer in HITMAN 3?? Looks sick!

Anything pre-2021 was Adobe Animate. Everything 2021 and newer is Toon Boom Harmony. I then put everything in Adobe Premiere to edit it together and add sound stuff.

1:38 I never understood this part. Tremaine both is the sniper and the spotter, on the second most advantageous sniper spot. He alternates between looking through his scope, his binoculars and neither, so as not to be caught off guard, yet doesn't have a suppressed rifle. It is both a perfect and imperfect way to represent an ICA sniper.
On the other hand, 47 in Sniper Assassin missions always goes for the most advantageous spots, alternates his focal points and looks around when not aiming and has a supressed, subsonic rifle. I get it, 47 is miles better, but I thought those were basic things.
I think the idea was to frame the local biker gang for the kill, seeing as they're present in the level and a civilian rifle would be easier to sell as belonging to them than a fully customized one.

It was so good, but 47 screaming at Jiao really took it up another level, just so unexpected but amazing that it really made the whole thing even more fantastic. Amazing job!

Gonna be real: that was one of the possibilities that I had sketched out for this, but felt it went too far haha. He is a master of his craft, though. Who’s to say he wouldn’t do that?

great video all around! my favourite part has to be agent 47 dancing like it's no one's business in order to blend in. he's such a professional--he'll play whatever part he needs to, to get close to his targets!!
When I first played this mission I noticed that each of my targets were monitoring where I previously was. Tremaine was right above me when I was killing Swan but he didn't notice a thing.

is the thing abotu her repeating their names abt the glitch bc my only saso on that map was on accident and it got bugged so she just kept repeating "Agent Thames? Are you there?" for the entire fucking mission but I couldn't stop bc wtf I was saso'ing this map really well and I only brought the classicballer, some coins, and a fibre wire so I just had to hear it for over an hour over and over.
