I think it would be worth buying one of these, and also buying an Evercross H5, and swapping all the Evercross parts onto this scooter. The Evercross H5 is the same price, but goes 30MPH. Put the battery, controller, all the handlebar controls from the H5 onto this, and have a 30MPH Beetle scooter.

It's not a CYCLE at all! There are no peddles and yes I can stand up while zooming.
Much more like a scooter than an e-bike. A Vespa is a scooter, and this is more like a Vespa than it is like an e-bike.
