Just got mine yesterday!!! I love it. I typically don’t go up hills. But yes it slows down a lot up hills. I Used it to hit up Costco to pick up a 30lbs of dog food, and a chicken. Beats trying to carry that thing home. I wanted a compact scooter because I live in a small sized loft here in SF. Happy floating!
Just ordered one off Amazon. I've got 2 friends that have this same scooter and they love it. It's a perfect little scooter to run to the store real quick. And buying from Amazon I know if I have a problem I can always send it back real easy.
The one I got is fine does all it says and surprisingly does more than I expected, and had no trouble with the back fender,I'm 82 years old stand 6'2" ,and wt is 240 lbs ,,,
That 550W motor ain't cutting it, maybe it's a battery low voltage thing. You might wanna peep the Bogist M5 Elite or the newest M5 Pro-s. With 500 motor, they hit speeds up to 28 miles per hour, packing a 48V and 13Ah battery. Not too shabby, but they do run $200 more than the Gyroor.
How much do you weigh? As a 240+ pound man, I do not think this is workable for me. While, I think that this Gyroor C1S is an excellent design. However the Gyroor company should offer an upgraded model with more power weight ,speed, and distance capabilities. Such as an, 800+ to 1000 W model for persons and a total weight capacity of 350Lb version.
So I bought one of these off Amazon and the alignment was way off no matter how much I tightened it the wheel and handle bar would move independently I plan on returning it but I wasn’t sure if it was a manufacturing thing or if I messed something up when putting it together but yeah. I was going to not return it but it was a safety concern
I plan on buying another one cause I really like it do you recommend buying directly from the gyro or website? They all sell them on Walmart but I also don’t want that one to be defective 😓
Gyroor shipped me this one directly from their website. Sorry to hear you are having troubles. Walmart has a decent return policy though, so maybe that's the best route for you
This looks like something I could really use and enjoy, but one question. Will this coast? When you come to a down hill can you have no acceleration/power and just glide along to the bottom?
im about to order one, just wondering how do these things do in100+ degree heat? its still hot as hell in N Texas, wondering if it will be safe to operate one in this heat, without the batteries exploding
I bought this same scooter. The instructions are a joke. I think you are talking about the silver cynlinder shaped mini tube that is attached to the end of the steering column. It has vertical ridges all the way around it. Right? Ok, I have already assembled mine. But I distinctly remember after I tried to close the steering column by lining up the white tape with the red vertical arrows, I tried many times to figure it out. Because it was not fully engaged into the bottom portion of the steering column. This something told me to take my hand an forced it ALL THE DOWN into the lower portion of the steering column & IT WORKED ! Then another mystery in the lower portion of the steering column. After I pushed this silver cylinder mini tube down into it's "cradle" (lower portion of the steering column) it was WOBBLY ! So I went online and watched videos of customers assembling this e-scooter. I saw a customer take one of the allen wrenches and stick it into the "hole" on top of silver cylinder & TIGHTEN IT UP. So I used one of the allen wrenches that came with this e-scooter to TIGHTEN IT UP & IT WORKED !!!! I was then able to LINE UP ALL THREE OF THE WHITE TAPE with RED ARROWS. Now that the red arrows are lined up look down at the front tire, reach down and position the front tire so that it is also lined up with the red arrows. Now see the BLACK "LOCK LEVER with the RED BUTTON" located on the steering column. Open and then close the "Lock Lever." This steering column allows you to FOLD DOWN THE STEERING COLUMN when you need to put it in a car or trunk of a car. Good luck ! 🫠
Hi! I found the video helpful but you never mentioned what the max speed was? I’m a college student and this would be my only form of transportation (to school, getting groceries, work, etc) i just want to know what i would be getting myself into TYSM
I usually have more groceries than what you bought so I really need to transport them in something that is more than a backpack. I have been pulling a cart and walking to the grocery store which is better for my health... and the reason I'm healthy and not overweight. So I would use this once a week to transport groceries and continue to WALK to all other destinations... post office, bank, Target, restaurants, etc. I always walk to all of these and I will continue to do that even if I purchase this scooter for grocery transport.
It definitely sucks going up hill. Also embarassing when people are watching! Headlight shines up not straight. I had to walk mine home 3 mi cause the battery died at 8 mi. So they shld really say it goes 20 mi at 10 mph!
The problems as always, as also in many other cases: - Too cheap to be good - Uphill weakness - Bad Chinese battery cells that might start to burn and have a short life - Integrated battery pack, cannot be taken off - No spare parts - Buy cheap, then it lies around in the corner with an issue, waste! Wasted, a wasteful product. Zero sustainability.

Hi are you still enjoying the scooter in the city? I’m thinking about getting one. I also live in SF.

U didn't buy asurion for it ?

How would it handle someone around 200 pounds you think? Willing to pay more if it can go a little faster and carry more weight
seems like its a good choice for light errands if no hills & you are only going 10m round trip.
Yep!
5:00 - The fender goes under the basket
Thanks!
Sorry if I missed this - How much does this scooter weigh?
2:43 the screw shaft does not lock 🤷🏽♂️ even if aligned

Can I replacement battery? I didn’t see Gyroor website have battery for this model(c1s)?

@@SESSIONS73 hey thanks for replying so I returned the one on Amazon and bought one through the gyroor site instead thanks 🙏🏽
What is the PSI on both tires please.
The PSI upon arrival read 24 or 25
My aunt got this one for me and you can have the back fender on with the rear basket on it
I'm getting one grocery store runs about 4 miles round trip 16:55
This looks like something I could really use and enjoy, but one question. Will this coast? When you come to a down hill can you have no acceleration/power and just glide along to the bottom?
Have you figured out how to remove the the speed limiter?
How u can do that?
I saw another video of this bike and the basket was a bit higher up on the rear..
Will this e scooter be alright for someone that is 210 pounds??
Can you mount the foot pegs without using the middle basket??
Thankyou!
If you live in a flat area, then yes. It will definitely struggle up hills.
The foot pegs mount to the basket.
Being a bigger guy get a bigger scooter.
I just got one, can this be used on the sidewalks instead of roadway?
You would have to check your local laws.
Is it any good in the grass?
Useful review, thanks.
Useful comment, thanks!
Having a problem with the steering chillum in the front tire fixture. I can't get it tight. Any suggestions
Do you have a bike lock you recommend for this and a method for locking it?
I think the rear fender in the video is defective. It should not curve up like that.
im about to order one, just wondering how do these things do in100+ degree heat? its still hot as hell in N Texas, wondering if it will be safe to operate one in this heat, without the batteries exploding
can this handle 300lb?
Can you upgrade the batteries and where are they stored
I don't think so.
I can’t figure out how to get the handlebar post to lock in. Aligned the arrows and locked the clamp and it still swivels…not locked in. Thoughts?
You have to open the clamp to fold the handlebar down and then tighten the silver bolt in the middle with the hex key.

Hi, do you know if the throttle can be moved to the left-hand side of the handlebar..?
No, it’s built into the handlebar.
Hi! I found the video helpful but you never mentioned what the max speed was? I’m a college student and this would be my only form of transportation (to school, getting groceries, work, etc) i just want to know what i would be getting myself into TYSM
i’m also 120 so would that affect the scooter or would it be better for me to
18mph
Vert food instructional video. I just got one of these. Thanks for posting.
Glad it was helpful!
I bought me one the other day and it said that it folds, does this scooter folds
Yes, it folds.
Only folds in handlebars
Hi :) Does your discount code still work? Just tried to purchase but it says it didn't!
Hi, it should still work. Make sure you are adding %, so it's TIM15% for it to take.
Just Ben the fender down when you install it that’s what I did

Sould your music be any louder???
Should, or could? I'm confused.
Music was fine.
Nice vid. I subscribed too. 🙂

Had the same experience. If it actually went 20 miles at 18mph i would be in heaven.
you could of rode it into the grocery store and filled up your basket
I should have tried!

U have hills forget this wont climb
Tru
That seat looks pretty comfy.
It surprisingly is.
@@SESSIONS73i find it uncomfortable if im on it more than 20 min
The C1 Plus is coming looks the same but bigger 👍
I wish I never got this done trying to get this piece of s*** you didn't want
When you "weigh a little bit more' you need a bike that make you WORK by pedaling so you lose weight.
Meh.
Wow. Rude.
