I was looking at getting this for my wife. She’s not into the speed, and looking to get into something for her work commute. That regen is something good to have as well.
Howdy! Looove your vid of this. I recently ordered the one in pink and adore it so far; it's neither a child's toy nor a mobility scooter as some tend to think, though as you stated, both younger and older folks would be able to enjoy it. I'm not much of a speed demon though, so this is quite perfect for me; I appreciate the control I have of the pace with the ability to switch speed tiers.
Hey Soldier! Great review. You should do a review on the OKAI Neon. I just got one here in Toronto and I've been absolutely in love with it, being my first electric scooter. Super great value especially as a entry level scooter. Super modern and great looking.
I have this OKAI, actually it’s my daughter’s, she’s 13, I DO use it as well. IT IS COOOOOOL, COMFORTABLE AND AWESOME!!!! Anyone know how much a replacement battery will be?
I just want a scooter that can handle the 4 seasons. This would become my main transportation and I need it to handle a rainy, wet day and a snowy day.
Can you do another video with this model I just got one but I’m scared to drive it ! I feel like I don’t have a lot of balance I’m very short so that probably plays in to it
Have this, it will not do any thing but say P with lights flashing, will not move, it has a fully charged battery, only used it a few times since owning, this is a replacement for the first one I received, that first one never worked at all. Does anyone know why it says P with flashing lights???? I can't find any manual or information on the thing either.
Hey man you ever going to review the OKAI EB200C. I just received one and I am having problems activating it in the app. On top of that just last night my blinker and horn were going off. I have only been on this E-bike twice. Would really love if you could give me some insight. Thank you!
I was hoping to get this one as I have knee issues, don't want a mobility scooter and this might be the way to go. I am hoping to use slow on sidewalk beside my husband or in malls and not get kicked out because it has 2 wheels vs 3 or 4 wheels! Has anyone had or used this scooter in this way? Feedback?
@@NickDrinksWater that’s a crazy amount of inactive accounts. I think I heard something like UA-cam wasn’t showing his vids even in subscriptions to people. I don’t know
Well if you're in Canada you can only expect to ride your scooter during certain seasons... lol. I got one here in Toronto and it works just fine. Of course I'll only be using it until it starts snowing...
We purchased this Vivi 27.5” electric bike and a Tentaquil 26” electric bike for our 13 and 14 year olds. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxUiL0GnyDjP32RJdd660sP8mZk4CRLTCJ The Vivi was much easier to put together. With the Vivi, there was a video link to assist with assembly which made the process easier to follow (we did put the handlebars on upside down, but it was a quick and easy fix). With the Tentaquil, the assembly was not as simple to follow, but after we messaged the company for an assembly video, it was easier and they did respond quickly. The other major differences were that the Vivi has a grip throttle on the right handle (like a motorcycle) and the Tentaquil has a push throttle that you use your thumb to activate. The monitors were also different, so if you’re looking for something specific in terms of changing the bikes functions, pay attention to what the monitor offers. We were really impressed with the overall quality and functionality of both bikes, but if you’re looking for more power and an easier assembly, definitely go with the Vivi!
I've watched a few of your review videos, you mention the top speed, and what speed you get, but never mention what you weigh for comparison. I'm 6ft and 220+lbs I need a scooter that will pull my ass around town at speed lol. But still the best reviews of e scooter e bike or otherwise.

Great video, well edited and solid information -- did not feel long at all, no fluff just solid info the whole time!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I just bought one! I can’t wait for it to arrive!

I just got the pink BEETLE too!
It's gorgeous (lots of praise) but maximum 15km/hr. Doesn't the description claim it goes as fast as 22km/hr?
oops!! Maybe it's really 15 miles per hour? Is this beetle made for AMERICANS or CANADIANS??
Hey if you still see this, did your scooters range die almost immediately???
Would love to see a video on the best way to attach the Okai Beetle to a bike rack using a Ulock and cable.
Thanks for the solid review! I just purchased a black one😊😊Charging it up now! This video helped me tremendously! Thanks again! New subscriber!!
Is they going to make a three wheel one because a lot of older people can’t ride a two ok thank you

Is it true you need a motorcyclist license if you want to ride on the streets?
Nah
Just wanted to ask if anyone know why the battery won't charge.
I just want a scooter that can handle the 4 seasons. This would become my main transportation and I need it to handle a rainy, wet day and a snowy day.
If you want a scooter for that reason this is not the right scooter for you
@@izzydaslayer although the description claims it can handle any weather but the instructions say No rain.
Did you find anything good? I'm looking for the same thing.
What lock would you recommend to safeguard from theft?
If you replace the seat for it with a seatylock bike seat, it should secure it, however if you don't want to spend as much, buy a kryptonite U lock.
How do I switch speed modes
I own one and I love them it got locked and I don't know how to unlock it
Have it - Love it - Chill ride.
Excellent purchase!
Thanks for the info! I plan on using this to get around my college town

Can you add handle bar extrension to the scooter?

Hey do you have any recs for airing up the tires? Got one and the back tire is flat :(
And wear gloves because the tire will be extremely hot after you take it out of the microwave
What do you do when it gets locked and there's no way around it to work
Good review, scooter looks solid for the price

I'm currently using it for broken ankle recovery...the biggest challenge was getting over the fear of balancing and trusting myself
Very good presentation, well done. Very informative. Thanks.
Glad it was helpful!
Is it beginner’s friendly?
will they deliver it in India ?
Nice video SKB!
Is the charger seperate from purchase? Or does it come with a charger ?
it comes with it
Thanks! thinking of getting one to use on my college campus :)
Looks like a fun little electric scooter!
Mine is flashing NFC and E with lights flashing I just opened it, what does this mean
Is it worth buying just to go to work and back?
I was thinking about this?
PSA:
Best Buy has them on sale for under 400 USD at the time of writing this comment.
You think doing deliveries on this would work?
They should create a flat back wagon for packages
Mine won’t power up after putting battery in and charging it 🤬
Senior friendly?
From bikes to scooters. When can we expect the electric Harley Davidson review???
Thanks man great info
I just bought this for my daughter from Amazon
have it all together letting it charge i guess it wont turn on while charging
How to stop the nfc mode.?
I want this for my daughter
RN it is the price of 499 on best buy. Obviously since this video is a year old😅

What about the wheel
Nice but it won’t work for me here in Canada specially in winter 🥶
Doable in Vancouver except on the rare snow day.
nothing works here in Canada in the winter. That's why we must have the FREEDOM to go south!
END THE VAX MANDATES NOW!

I saw a dude on Reddit the other day with one of these he couldn’t get it to go over 3 mph lol
15 mph all the way!! Good enough speed
He must of been like 300 pounds and or it’s broken

I want pink
I am getting tower
Bought it, brought it home, set it up and the fucking plug doesn't go into the battery. There goes $800.
a little too many ads lately for my liking...
Hiboy S2 Pro is cheaper, faster, & same range if you don't mind standing
Yea this is a no 😂 u said 25 miles while the product says 31 miles hell no 😂

I am 5' 3" at 234lbs. I am over the limit and it works fine with me.
