Be our guest I loved as a 90s baby. I always thought it was weird when people would say Disney would make them cry and I have never had that experience I never understood. The themeing in be our guest make me feel like a little girl again and did make me tear up a bit.
Either Topolinos at The Riviera or Narcoosees at the Floridian. Besides having amazing food, both will give you prime viewing access to the fireworks shows without having to fight crowds. Even if you go there for breakfast only (and the character breakfast at Topolinos is just as good as the others!), if you come back later in the eve and show your receipt, they will still let you go to the viewing deck to watch them.
I've always had great food at everywhere I've eaten at Disney world as I've always followed your advice but the best place I've been, without a doubt, is Hollywood Brown Derby. The whole experience makes you feel special and in a couple of years when I can afford to go back, I'm from England, it will be first on my advanced booking list. Thanks for the always great content AJ and team.x
At Storybook, we had an awesome time with character interaction...the characters (Dopey, Grumpy, Snow White) came around 3x for a significant period of time (Grumpy and I had an argument 😃 ) When that happened both Dopey and Snow White came back to our table and joined in, AWESOME!, and they were busy! We did need to go and meet Evil Queen...but she liked my memory book I had her sign so she had a full on convo with me and my daughter. We loved it so much we realized after we got home that a significant number of photos were from the Storybook Dinner experience. So recommend! (fyi- our apps were unlimited and keep bringing us more, but didn't need it...we were full!)
Tried the Steakhouse 71 stack burger as a nice lunchtime break while on a Magic Kingdom day and I can confirm it's absolutely as delicious as everyone says.
We always try some different restaurants each time we visit Disney World but the one we eat at every time is tepon edo it’s great food that we all love and it’s always enjoyable to meet people from all over the world at your table
I cannot overstate how much I have enjoyed every meal I’ve ever eaten at BluZoo. It’s such an upscale interior with excellent food and good service. Il Mulino is good, but BluZoo is my favorite by far
Tiffins in Animal Kingdom is an excellent choice! We have gone there for both lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed! I really love the fish dinner!!
Story Book Dining with Snow White was one of the highlights of my last trip! I was impressed with the food and my kid’s favorite dwarf is Dopey! I’m so glad I gave it a try! 😍
Hands down, Ohana for dinner is our favorite! Im glad you mentioned how tricky it is to get reservations as even months out, we still only get the latter times available with just 9pm or 10pm dinner times vs the prime times. Does anyone know if Ohana has a walk up wait list for dinner? I think it may just be the lounge next door with no reservation.
The food is really good and the experience is even better. We went for the first time last trip and it’ll be a go to from here forward. The interaction with the characters is so immersive, just because they have more time to actually interact with you. We have pics of Pluto sneaking dessert with us and Mickey scolding him for stealing a bite. It was an experience that even the non-Disney adults said was going down as a core memory. AJ is right about it, in my book, and for what it’s worth, I can’t recommend it enough. 😊
Ya know @@BeingAMomAndBeyond , I’m going to do something no one ever does and take advice from the comments section. Mentioned your note to someone and they confirmed it was one of the best character experiences they had. So in August, we’re going to try and do that. Thank you!
I don't agree. They can highlight the main allergies and I believe people, like me, who have allergies will also alert Disney but the video could be a guideline.
Haven't been to WDW for about 20 years, but back in the day, La Cellier in Canada in Epcot had the best breads and best steak in all of WDW, and that's coming from someone who has eaten in almost every restaurant on site.
they have addressed food allergies in previous videos I think the trouble is that all the restaurants depending on dietary restrictions have foods that should be safe the only restaurant that I think of is gluten, peanut free, vegetarian if not vegan is Erin McKenna's bakery. What AJ has recommended in the past is looking at menus online either at website or the disney my experience app which will sometimes say allergy friendly highlighted on menu items that are or contacting the restaurant you may want to experience directly. I truthfully am disabled so I only watch the videos to relax as I can't go to DW again and I also know you aren't the only person to ask for content like that, I just think that the reason why they haven't created specific restaurant videos is that other than Erin McKenna's bakery which I think is sweet specific only catering to various food allergies and being vegetarian at least, all the other restaurants in the Disney bubble do not have any other restaurant that was created for allergies only so it would be a really short video. But again as someone who's loved these videos as an escape and been subscribed for like 6 years she has mentioned numerous times on checking menus online for restaurants you may be interested or asking for input from the restaurants themselves once you've arrived as most have books of their menu items and ingredients in each entree, which I get might hamper you wanting to plan this in advance unless you contact them ahead of time. Unfortunately though that's not much of a help if a Disney World restaurant doesn't have on their menus online highlighted of foods catered to those with different allergies if you're looking to know for example for a restaurant where you may want to eat at that requires an advance dining reservation. It also might help checking out DFB's blog or using a search engine putting " disney world restaurant food allergies" in case other disney bloggers have a list, too. Sorry I couldn't be more of a help. I hope you have a great time on your trip.
Three Bridges restaurant is located in Coronado Springs resort not The Contemporary hotel. The food is delicious. Boma is a favorite as well. Love all of the fantastic information here!

Our trip was in September, right between the two birthdays. Probably same reason I can’t go to Ohana or California Grill this winter. Reservations open 60 days plus the duration of the trip for certain Disney hotel guests. Those guests book most or all the open spots in the coolest restaurants in seconds, so unless you’re that good and lucky or using a travel agency, well, good luck getting a spot.

Garden Grill-hands down. Character Dining with very good food. Lots of character time too. It is Always a Must Do for us.
We love a lot of Disney restaurants but Boma is the one we all agree is a must for breakfast and dinner every time we visit WDW.
I was thinking this when I saw the video thumbnail. Boma breakfast was AMAZING.
Yes Boma is just super good for dinner. Although heard breakfast is just as great!
