I just wanted to say how much I appreciate how you always mention personal space in dining establishments. I am really sensitive to that, and truly dislike being right up against someone else, especially someone I don’t know. As a fellow introvert, I can’t thank you enough for giving those types of tips; knowing that sharing a table might be part of the deal, or even knowing that the tables are close together is very helpful for me, and most of the time would probably be a dealbreaker. ditto with your comments about whether a place is cacophonous or not because I am also sensitive to loud sounds, lol. One may wonder why I even like WDW given these sensitivities, but there is still something so special about it about it that makes it so worth it, despite the fact that it is loud and requires being around a lot of people.😊
This is my comfort channel❤😅
Mine too! ☺
Same!!
Yesss🤭
Me too!
Same. This and All Ears.
I love the GAMES in Parks that All Ears plays and they sometimes feature DFB GUIDE reporters like Cassie, Dustin and RJ
“Otherwise this video is going to turn into a feature length film”
This video is roughly 90 minutes long which is the same length as an animated movie which means the video already is a feature length film
when she made the intro she probably didn't know how long the video was going to be
Ninety minutes is feature length period. Not just for animated movies.
I know it's not your main audience but it would soooooo amazing if you could include Shades of Green in your videos so those who are military or traveling with military family members knows how it compares to the other Disney resorts. There's so little info online for comparisons.
I agree I wish they had more on shades of green in general
Garden Gallery has a fantastic breakfast buffet. I believe it was only $18 per adult when I went. Mickey waffles, omelet station and more.
Thanks for the tip! We go later this year, we will definitely try it.
I think the trouble is they need permission to be there because it owned by the DOD. If I remember correctly, when Tim Tracker went there he said he was invited. I could be wrong though.
@Mrtfarrugia yeah I get that...anyone eligible to stay there can sponsor rooms for friends and family. I know it'd take an extra step to partner with a veteran or military person but it would be soooo nice to see all of the resorts.
Geyser point is always a go to for the wife and I. You can time it perfectly and catch the water pageant after a long park day. Absolutely 10/10
These videos are so comprehensive and useful. Just wanted to drop a thank you and recognize how much work and research goes into all of your guys' work, especially this type of video.
I absolutely loved going to Ale & Compass when I worked there. It's great and not too expensive; Shrimp & Grits were amazing
A long DisneyFoodBlog video for a COLD and WINDY Wisconsin day.😃❤️
as someone who is planning on staying at Pop Century Resort I like that it is higher in the rankings than other value restaurants.
Ale and compass has dramatically improved! Breakfast and dinner are excellent.
ITA! 👍
Ale and Compass has delicious food
Yes I’ve been wanting a video like this! Thank you
The Grand Floridian Café also has pancakes in the morning!
I want to say about Coronado Springs that their menu is very, very limited during the weird 3-hour gap between lunch and dinner. There is only 1 menu item, and when I was there, they were serving meatballs that you could have as either a meatball sub or with spaghetti. I was very surprised by it and had to share!
I remember coming to Beaches and Cream for lunch after riding Mission: Space at Epcot for the first time, for a burger with four different kinds of cheese.
Toledo and Ale & Compass are wonderful restaurants!
Whoo!!! They did it!!! Thank you for sharing and hearing me and many others out to do this video!!
Now to watch it 😂 and let yall know in an edit how I agree with it! 😊
No anger about Storybook Dining! I dream about that mushroom soup! And the Evil Queen!!!!! She is the absolute BEST!!! Perfection.
Really appreciate this thank you ❤
I understand that reviews are subjective, however Flying Fish should not be ranked that low. Their steak is fantastic, so there is a great non seafood option. If you use not great for kiddos as a con, some people on date night might find that as a pro.
I totes agree! Their food and service are top notch.
We have gone there for years and love it. I’d rank it near the top.
O’hana reservations are REALLY easy to get now. Go look.
Good work! Love this one despite some of these nutty rankings. Seriously, well done.
Best thing at Ma6ya Grill is the strolling guitar player. Makes it unique. The chicken fajitas are great as well.
Turf Club and Maya Grill are amazing, as are both resorts ❤❤❤❤❤
I’m so excited to watch this one!! It must have been tough to do!
AJ, you do such magnificent videos! Thank you.
Great video but surprised at the relatively low ranking of Ale & Compass. We ate there on of our last trip and had a wonderful meal.
Lovvvvved to watch this. It's so dreary here. Flying in this weekend and was trying to figure out what do arrival day and I have some ideas now :)
At Cali grill lounge, our bar tender allowed us to split the 3 course meal between my husband and me, so we payed $89 total. We were there February 2024.
Sebastian’s is my favorite resort restaurant but I’m glad it’s not overhyped because I can always get a reservation 😊
The video I have been waiting for!!! Let’s goooo
Wow flying fish is way too low😮
AGREED!😢
Hi love your videos so much
We LOVED JIKO while at Disney on our Honeymoon
This is amazing info! I gotta try Kona Cafe's macadamia nut pancakes.
Thank you so much for making this video! I'm trying to plan our trip for next year but I don't know where to start. My first time planning on my own but I've been to DS years ago.
I love this so much! Glad to see some of my faves up top. (Boma! 'Ohana!) Any chance you would do one of these for the three on-site hotels at Disneyland? It would be much shorter, but there are some great restaurants there.
This is a amazing video😁
Hi AJ, love all of your videos! Sebastian's Bistro is actually one of my very favorite resort restaurants and has some of the best food I've eaten on property. The meat, carribean style veggies and bread pudding desert are outstanding. Pricing is very reasonable too. I would probably rank this one an 8.5 to 9 out of 10, it does tend to get noisy in the dining room. Thanks for the rankings, I will keep these in mind when I visit again in August 2024.
Not angry at all. Did the Storybook Dining for the first time in November and WOW!. Will do that again... and again! Also with you on Sanaa
How was the Food?
We loved the Food before it changed
Loved the Three Bridges! They have a Sangria flight that has VERY generous pours!!
We ate at Landscape of Flavors numerous times during our AoA stay in 2023, and there were still several unique food options--I just checked the menu and most of the things we enjoyed are gone! The loss of the tandoori chicken/palak paneer entree is a tragedy. Thank you for alerting me to this terrible development so I was not rudely surprised.
The Cake Bake Shop is amazing. I hope the one at Disney will be as good as the original. Their Blueberry Lemon cake is the best and the soups are so velvety and delicious!
My family and I stay at wilderness lodge and we love whispering canyon. The dinner and breakfast are both fun and delicious.Chef Mickeys is a classic and the food is good.We are trying Ohana on our next trip for dinner, for the first time.
It already is a feature length film lol
I mean if we were rating purely on food, you'd probably find the top 5 as so... V&A's, Flying Fish, Jico, Cali Grill, Citricose.
Narcoossees as well
When you mentioned Spoodle's, I almost spit my drink out! I remember eating there back in 1998 when I was a teenager! I watched the first half of your feature film (table service) and look forward to watching the rest! As a 40-something, we have loved Jiko, Cali Grill, Artist Point, V&A's on our honeymoon, Narcoossee's, Citricos, Steakhouse 71, Toledo, Topolino's Terrace, Kona (I loved Ohana as a teenager but it didn't hold up as an adult!)
Sassagoula Floatworks is my no1 for a quick service if you have food intolerances or allergies.I have a milk 🥛 intolerance & stayed at French quarter end of 2022 and I managed to eat something different for dinner every night. So there is definitely a TON of choice there,
I’m surprised that whispering canyon and trattoria al forno were so low! Some of my favorites!
STH 71 is the best lunch spot, perfect before starting a 12 to close Magic Kingdom day.
Landscape of flavors It’s just fallen back to burgers and chicken nuggets again
If DFB wants to take a few weeks off -- YOU DESERVE IT!
That Artist Point decor looks like a Perkins or an upscale Applebees.
Lol I promise you it does NOT feel that way and it’s awesome:)
Allplebees does not have a waterfront views or the Bison Burger.
The chuck wagon sounds great but I have a soft spot for corn dogs.
Good list, but I think you missed the Top of the World lounge in Bay Lake Tower. I know it's a DVC lounge, but it's so cool.
Boardwalk Deli goes so hard for breakfast. Step 1- run a 10k around the Boardwalk/trail to DHS, Step 2- gluten free salmon bagel for breakfast, Step 3- Carousel Coffee for a little iced americano treat, Step 4- eat bagel on the boardwalk and watch the boats go by. I promise it’s a formula for a perfect start to your Epcot day.
Can you make a list version of this?
I tried Olivia's THREE TIMES [both breakfast and lunch] and, well....blecchh.
A few more pros for Olivia’s Cafe: 1. The fried chicken. 2. The bananas Foster bread pudding. 3. Pretty easy to get a same day reservation.
One more con for California Grill: They took the spicy beef wontons off the menu.
Do you have any ranking videos including the Swan and the Dolphin resorts?
What was it called before Spoodles? There was a guy playing the violin in there walking around, buffet
Steakhouse 71 had the worst customer service of any of the disney restaurants we went to. The chef refused to come out about my issues, refused to make my food the way i needed it for health reasons, charged me full price after removing parts he decided i couldn't eat. Then we realized they didnt give our credit card back. We went back a couple hours later and it was gone and not at lost n found. Horrible morning on vacation.
Sounds like you would be an absolute joy to serve. Did you go to a steakhouse and demand vegan, gluten free, lactose free, salt free food and then demand the manager, chef and your entire tables food comped. 99% you misplaced your card after you left the restaurant.
My husband has Celiac and we've NEVER had a problem with service or chef coming out to our table....eaten here at least 7 or 8 times and always, always, ALWAYS order the bacon and eggs!
I did not like the entrees at storybook dining but loved the characters and service
I've eaten at artist point with the evil queen and it was good several times, however last January 2023 my daughter and I got the pork shank and were very sick that night, no doubt it was food poisoning 😮
Remember when Spyglass or their quick stop was in a hotel room at CBR during the construction? That was odd. This was 2018 for reference.
I DO remember that! They had random hotel room stores in a few areas when they were renovating all of their food outlets! So weird!
Artists at Saratoga Springs serves a great pizza.
Does anyone know what the pasta looking dish is at 12:35? Thanks In advance
DFB previously ranks Coronado Springs Resort as a top 3 WDW hotel, then proceeds to rank all of the restaurants towards the bottom lolwut??? :/
Her rankings focus mainly on if kids would like it. Which is fine. Tell the families not to eat there. Makes it quieter for the rest of us
LOVE CALIFORNIA GRILL. Sad that its NOT ON DINING PLAN. Hope that changes eventually ❤
the number one sit down pick was my favorite dinner last trip. Def controversial but I understand the ranking. Controversial tho lololol
35:59 Anyone catch the MadLady? I don't think she wanted to be on camera. 😂😂
Chef Mickey's doesnt do the napkin twirl anymore, and I've never waited more than 20 minutes for characters (im eating during this time) so i don't mind the wait.
one day ill eat at one of these. one day.
I know it’s unusual, but I have dreams about the meal I ate at Ale and Compass😍
Love the video! Everyone has their favorites, but I think overall this is a pretty good ranking.
Personally, I would not rate Beaches and Cream that highly. I know that's sacrilege. LOL! I just don't think the food is very good. It's fine, but nothing I would go out of my way to eat. The ice cream is great, and the Kitchen Sink Sundae and theatrics that go with it is special, but the food not so much. So in my mind they are a one trick pony. The ice cream is a good trick, but one trick just the same.
I also wouldn't rate Tambu Lounge as high. We found it noisy and crowded. The poor CM we had was incredibly stressed trying to serve everyone. I suppose it could be that it was so different from Dahlia Lounge where we had just been. At Dahlia we sat outside on a comfy coach, drank Rioja wine, ate excellent small plates, and took in the incredible view in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Then we leave Dahlia (nobody is perfect! LOL!) and went to Tambu Lounge. It was like we were dropped into Magic Kingdom on the 4th of July. lol! Lounges are where you go to relax and have fun. Tambu Lounge was neither.
Gasparilla island Grill has the best mac and cheese!
Did I miss the Gurgling Suitcase review?
What are your thoughts on the pool bar “Bar Riva” at the Riviera?
Mixed but mostly good! Some of our team here at DFB absolutely swear by this place and visit whenever they can. Others think it's a bit of a trek for what you get. Mostly, I'd say 7/10!
NARCOOSSEE'S is the only restauraant at WDW (or anywhere else?!) with three consecutive double letters!
At least at one point Olivias was the only restaurant offering a Key Lime Tart dessert -- **my favorite** -- possibly they still are...
As mentioned, you can get it to go at (you guessed it!) Goods To Go
I'm trying to figure out any other word with 3 double letters period lol. Let alone a restaurant.

Giving Sebastián's Bistro 6 out 10 bc it doesn't offer enough seafood is ridiculous when 'Ohana doesn't offer that much seafood either. Who's ranking these restaurants?
45:43 With Big River Grille & Brewing Works closed, hopefully they put a quick service restauarant in there. That whole area could benefit from a place that caters to the burgers and chicken tenders crowd. The only place at the Boardwalk that has that is the pool bar and that’s behind the gate where you have to scan your MagicBand so it’s only for people staying there.
Yeah....big bummer that this place is closed 😕
@@teachrkimmy2898 Didn’t get to go in there in my last trip (they hadn’t opened for the day when I was at the Boardwalk), but I had some good beers there before.
@@mdf3530 their nachos were AMAZING too!
This surprised me. I ate at Storybook Dining for my birthday in January, and although the character interactions were cute and fun, the food was not good at all. On the appetizers, the mushroom bisque is delicious, but the other 2 were just meh. I had the beef stroganoff for my entree, and it was overly salty and had large chunks of vegetables in it that all tasted strongly of vinegar. The desserts I did not like at all. I love the Wilderness Lodge, but I had a better meal at Geyser Point.
Surprised to see Story Book Dining at the top. That was probably the worst dining experience our family has experienced in recent years. Poor service. Food was cold. The characters were the only bright spot.
I’m sorry you had a terrible time. We had great service and the food was served hot and tasted good.
We LOVE watching your videos and watch them almost every day. I didn’t agree with all of your rankings, but I have to disagree strongly with the #1 ranking. When it first opened, it was wonderful. The food and theming were amazingly inventive and it was such a good character interaction. However, on our most recent visit, the food was average at best. The menu has gone through a few changes and it’s not the same as it was previously. The meal was very rushed and we felt like they couldn’t get us out fast enough. While this experience is fun, there is no way I would ever put it above Victoria and Albert’s.
Did you rank whispering canyon? I must’ve missed it hahaha
At about 9:01
I don’t understand how there are eleven restaurants between the All Star’s and Pop Century’s food courts when they are virtually the same. Totally agree with ten years ago Landscape of Flavors would’ve been near, if not at, the top of the list for resort quick service.
I agree with the three AKL restaurants being in the top five, Boma is actually my number one, but Artist Point as number one? Don’t agree with that, it wouldn’t be at the bottom, but it’s very mid for me. I also would’ve put Toledo and Sebastian’s much higher.
WHAAAATTT?!?! No step-sisters at 1900 Park Fare anymore??? 😭😭😭
On our recent trip Sanaa was a bit disappointing for the first time ever. The bread service was incredible as always, but other things were just meh. The Mango lassi was more like a slush and tasted artificial. Hopefully it was just a one-off.
I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I just checked the menu for Crew’s Cup Lounge and those prime rib sliders are no longer on it. Are they a secret menu item now?
I was just there two weeks ago and absolutely panicked when I checked the menu online and didn't see the sliders on there. But rest assured, when we arrived at the lounge, the sliders were on the paper copies of the menu they handed us!
@@bjh2114 Oh that’s good to know! Thank you! Disney needs to update their website… unless they are leaving that way on purpose so people don’t flock there for the sliders 😂
Fort Wilderness quick serve was the worst place ever, I’d give a 1 and that’s being generous 😂
AJ, could you elaborate on your 3rd level seating description at Hoop de Doo? My wife and I have mobility problems, and my wife's social anxiety makes shows like this problematic. We would love to see it, but your statement that it's not as good seating wise is a little worrying. Is it still worth the money?
Hi! There are three seating categories you can choose from. Categories 1 and 2 offer wheelchair-accessible seating. While every seat in the house will allow you to see the show, the tables in l category 3 have turn stools where you must swivel to see the stage. And when we say this restaurant is interactive, we mean you’ll be encouraged to clap along and twirl your napkins in the air to join the fun!
@@dfbbreeaThanks for the clarification Breea--that does help. Still want to see it.
Are the lounges quick service credit?
No, they’ll be table service credits so definitely check the menus and if it’s “worth” the credit vs paying out of pocket
Oo thank you. That's worth knowing.
How on earth did u manage to rank THIS many restaurants
Please do this for Universal Orlando too 😉😊Thanks!
1900 Park Fare without Mary Poppins???
I heard she is coming back for Breakfast. Breakfast Characters are not changing, dinner from what I have Read
Don't see the link to your cake bake review
Check it out here www.disneyfoodblog.com/2022/07/28/preview-and-photos-is-this-what-we-can-expect-when-the-cake-bake-shop-comes-to-disney-world/
It’s actually so sad that Sebastian’s isn’t a character dining place
I’m shocked Sebastian’s is so low on the list omg
I don’t know why it’s just the chapter for Jiko named Goo it looks disgusting for a restaurant my mom would not want to say a restaurant that’s named goo! GOO!
I'm surprised that Nomad Lounge wasn't the #1 choice
It's not a resort lounge.
Oh ok
The atmosphere at v&a seems like hell ive seen the videos
