For Kisame, remember that "Madara" had the Mizukage under a Genjutsu during Kisame's flashback and showed him his face then. That's why Kisame recognized Tobi when he took off his mask

Why all reactors keep forgetting that mimicing someone's voice isn't really hard in Naruto world. I mean everyone do it when they transform into someone else. Yamato even did it without hearing the voice of Sasori. He was relying on Sakura's opinion. So it isn't really hard for Obito to mimic Madara's voice :D
Was about to say the same thing lol everyone is always so surprised by the voice change in Obito. Characters are constantly making themselves look like other people and making their voice change.
And we literally see him talk in the Madara voice without the mask.

You forgot that shinobi can alter their voices. Obito had the goofy Tobi voice, then Madara now his actual voice, Yamato had replicated Sasori's voice before remember. So Obito when he recruited Kisame, simply grew out his hair to look more like Madara and changed his voice to mimic Madara's. Kisame had no reason but to think he was Madara, since he was a lone Uchiha capable of putting the Mizukage under genjutsu. There was no other lone Uchiha other then Sasuke and Itachi lol.
Perty much called it that Tobi was Obito after we first see Tobi's sharingan because we get the 2 episode young Kakashi story around the same time. Then it confirmed it for me when we first see Tobi slowly teleported away being pulled into a swirling vortex just like Kakashi's new mangeyko move.
Thats why they convince you to watch those épisodes before the begining of shipudden
You're mixing up two moments regarding Tobi and Kisame. When he first recruited Kisame he introduced himself as Madara Uchiha. Kisame did the 'oh, it's you' when Tobi revealed himself after Itachi's death, in order to maintain Kisame's loyalty.

As far as why shit is completely hitting the fan and it's getting confusing, it's the writing; this isn't gonna get me a lot of fans, but hear me out. It is known that Kishimoto created this series without a plan in mind. He was literally making shit up as he went along, obviously with a handful of long-term payoff things. Fact is that Naruto is littered with retconning and completely changing certain things (why can Kakashi spam Kamui, along with using other super draining jutsu like all the Lightning Blade applications, and all that over the course of a single day?). This doesn't mean Naruto is a bad series, it is one of the best battle shōnen ever and does have some really good emotional moments, but once you notice how off-the-cuff a lot of the stuff is (especially the 4th Ninja War arc) you can't unsee it.

Mangekyou abilities CAN be very similar, different, or work off one another.
Sasuke's abilities are Amaterasu and flame control, which controls his Amaterasu.
Itachi's were Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, 2 unrelated abilities.
Shisui's was Kotoamatsukami in both eyes.
For Obito, his right eye casts Kamui on himself and what he touches, or in other words at close range.
His left eye casts Kamui at a distance.
It is not head canon that Mangekyou provides 2 abilities tied to each eye. It's established fact.

In japanese you write Obito like this: "オビト" .... and "Toobi" would be "トオビ" ... so same japanese letters, jsut in another order. I was thinking "Why is "Tobi" the only one with a non japanese name... there must be something with the name "Tobi"... so I played around and figured out "Obi + T" ... and I thought I heard something like that... I took a look how to write write "Obito" in japanese, and it was actually O + Bi + To .... or in reverse To + Bi + O... so i was quiet sure that Tobi = Obito.
Back in the days when the mangas where released, it was a big topic who is behind the mask, and Obitos name was always on the list (next to Hashirama, reanimated Madara, Tobirama, 4th Hokage and a few more)

You could argue that he died twice...he was "dead" temporarily with the Izanagi if I recall (or time delay) so it seems you would have two points in time you could revive him from.
