i think the answer is 1/15 cuz the total number of outcomes are 36 but we can deduct six outcomes because 1,1 2,2 3,3 4,4 5,5 and 6,6 have same numbers so total outcomes are narrowed down to 30 and the sum 4 out of those 30 is only available in 1,3 and 3,1 so these 2 divided by 30 = 1/15
