This film follows the Olympic Gold Medallist Nicola Adams, 39, and her partner Ella Baig, 24, on their IVF journey from pregnancy right up to the birth of their first child.
IVF was invented to treat heterosexual women with fertility problems. Since then, it has also helped same-sex couples start a family with the person they love but as Nicola and Ella discover there can be many downfalls to IVF and extra hurdles that are faced by same-sex couples. We have been married, in front of our family for 43 yrs and yes we would have loved to have children, but not for us. Tried the Turkey baster which was a no go. This is such a baby video 😍😊. I can't believe how generation is slowly moving and changing lives. I'm currently dealing with my own identity. I see and understand how IVF helps. I know that I actually want to be a mom but when I'm around 30. But I want to freeze my eyes 😢. I know it's hard and having judgement from my family 😔. It hurts 🤕❤ but I hope to achieve this soon ❤

I don’t understand why anyone would go through IVF. I’m pregnant by accident and I feel sick and miserable. Pregnancy sucks! I’d be so happy if I was infertile.

It doesn't for everyone and not for each pregnancy. My first pregnancy was like a walk in a park, I enjoyed it most of the time. My second was worse but not because of the pregnancy but because of a neck injury...
