Bought the DVD recently and really enjoyed the animation, especially the small details, like Jaimie not wearing the colony outfit to further distance him from Ben.
Its strange. In a way the animation is too good for the episode, to the point it broke some immersion in the story. Having looked at the surviving original footage-I can buy Ben and Polly escaping from the live action Macra. Not so much against the pseudo Ebirah of the animated version.
That 10/10 to 11/10 gag had me lol'ing.
That is some high quality timeless humor.
