I find that I wish to make the ruler conform to the loop, partly because I see much of the editing herein seems to ignore the ruler's measure/beat values. While dragging transients around, the "corrected" hits aren't lined up with the ruler's beat marks. You appear to be not concerned with those yet it all sounds right :) hope this is reasonably coherent..... audiowarp is probably much simpler than this; perhaps things solve themselves such as the above, so if "ignore ruler" is the way I'll settle for that.
A simpler way is to open the wave editor and change the tempo and you will see the wave on screen stretch to fit into the tempo grid. takes about 10 seconds.
That is true. Personally, i have no reason to learn a method which executes a process via a laborious route when i can execute the same process faster with the same results. Especially when the longer method reduces valuable studio time as well as not always giving the desired results. The method i stated, is also one that people learn how to do themselves, so the principle point of your tutorial still applies in both methods. I was not dissing your tutorial, just pointing out another direction of executing it.

I have a problem and you seem to no what your talking about, I have no sound in Vari Audio I mean when I clic on pitch & Warp and then I high light a segment and drag it up or down I cant hear it, I don't no how to activate sound other than clicing on Acustic Pitch Feedback But that does not work thanks in Advance Pitospc
this is realtime processing in cubase playback but how can I apply audiowarp to audio file, is there button to apply to file or do I have to export that audio track and again import it?
Is there a mode to over write mute events? For example to extend an existing mute on for another two bars at the point where the mute off is or do I have to manually do it
Hello, I'm having the weirdest problem ever and I need help please. I'm using audiowarps (cubase 5) on my acoustic guitar recording. I adjusted a whole song using headphones, everything was perfect and totally sync. However, when I played the track through the speakers, i got a weird elastic effect in the mix. I rendered the project and listen to it through the speakers, same problem. I transferred the file to my mobile, same issue. On the mobile's speaker, the sound is jelly and weird, on the headphones its good The weird part is when I reconnect my headphones, the jelly elastic effect disappear!! everything is fine again! Anyone has clue about this?
