I only buy one TV listing a year, the Christmas and New Year edition. Use to be TV Times but can't believe it is a £5, so we buy a cheaper one but hubby and I sit and go through it each year, marking our viewing over the Christmas period. Memories 🎄😊

The advents today are lovely. I reckon my favorite Christmas songs are We three kings which I learnt on the piano when I was young, and Last Christmas, which is me and Mum always sing along to together when it comes on in a very dramatic fashion.
Oh yes, give me the old fashioned Christmas songs everyday! I love them ❤ My favourite is Oh, Holy Night ❤
I like the traditional oldies of Christmas songs. As for Nat King Cole , I like Autumn Leaves sung by him.
I just treated myself to Nat King Cole's Christmas CD to accompany my festive kitchen activities!. His beautiful mellow voice always makes me think of my Mum and Dad and the CD includes Oh Holy Night my favourite Christmas carol. Almost anyone can sing it and I still love it!
Aw Ali, the Radio Times & TV Times were a staple at Christmas especially and all Year round when I was growing up, much less expensive then. Also grew up listening to my Dads favourite music, Frank Sinartra, Nat King Cole , Ella Fitzgerald and many more, my Mum’s favourite was Johnny Mathis. But like you Nat King Cole is my favourite, I chose one of his songs to be played for my Dads Funeral nearly twenty years ago. You look and sound much better, so glad. 🤗 Love & Hugs. Suze. Xxx 🥰

Watching this on Thursday evening and thinking tomorrow (Friday) we are helping our daughter move house. Her and her boyfriend are moving in together with their combined family of 5 children aged 11-19. Twice the furniture to move!!! Roll on Monday when we should be finished, fingers crossed. Your vlogs are a touch of normalcy in my chaotic world right now x

Hi~Nat King Cole was my mothers' very favorite singer. I think I know all of his songs by heart. A close second was, of course, Sinatra, whom, I got to see live during his retirement tour. (l974). My first child, Suzanne, was born a month later. Yep, I'm old. Till tomorrow then. Bye XXXX

I know. We were gifted tickets from my husbands' boss. How lucky were we. And, even though his voice wasn't as strong because of his age, it was still Sinatra. Plus, I still have the ticket stub with a beautiful photo of the man himself on it.@@ThisLittleWonderfulLife
