The Blind Mullet is going to be heading to Charlotte Harbor. My family and friends will be enjoying many days and nights. Can't wait to get it down there.
My family and I have spent our fair share of weekends aboard the Blind Mullet eating spaghetti and watching F1 races with Captain Andy, Miss Lori, and Hannah. The hum of the diesel generator put me to sleep every night. The rear deck of the boat has a swim platform and a huge area for chilling and grilling! What a fun vessel for someone’s navy!!!
On our way to a new home for the Blind Mullet!! Left Georgia on August 12. My Mom's Birthday she passed 6 years ago Thanksgiving. Andy!! Like I told you in person. Our Mom's up in heaven hooked us together. This vessel is awesome!!!! At the moment Sunday 1205 am. We are in are about Apollo Beach, FL. We have many miles to go still until we get home in Port Charlotte, Fl. Afred THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING VIDEO!! For a guy like me this is the perfect house boat. Can't wait to see the dinghy!! I only have a few videos on here. Pretty lame at that. Might be starting a Blind Mullet channel. Time will tell. Already putting my own touches on the vessel. Still more to come. We are heading down the ICW. Think we have seen a few boaters that recognize the vessel. Many thumbs up as we go. Man I love this boat!!!
we have a little dog here in our neighborhood... when he’s out walking he must stop and see each and every neighbor who’s outside! we’ve nicknamed him, the mayor. I’m think you could be the mayor... you know “everyone” at the docks! that’s funny, as I’m typing this you said some guy there was the mayor.
That Nauta-Line was built in Hendersonville TN. At that time, Nauta-Line was either a division of Glastron boats or Conroy Oil. Nauta-Line was, at that time, the number 1 manufacturer of cruising style houseboats in the USA. Although that one has been modified quite a bit it is still quite recognizable to Nauta-Line fans. I owned 2 … a 1973 and a 1978… both 43’. While there were once several manufacturers of this style houseboat, very few exist today and the ones that are, are on life support.
Damn I was right! Ours has a turbo diesel, and surface piercing drive. It’s my home away from home, and soon to be my permanent home, I hope. Last summer, my son and I spent 52 days on ours Never a dull moment

I paid $6,000 for a 1967 Jeffboat steel hull house boat. Too bad that I couldn't keep her due to the money running out before I got rehired after winning an insurance claim for falling from a river barge & breaking my leg. The Lucky Break was slow enough that she couldn't get out of her own way. But there was nothing like getting underway & knowing that it was your boat & your success rode on you.
It's a Holiday Mansion. Needs an outboard if it hasn't been swapped out already. You get tons of storage where the diesel was and a 250 is about all that you need to cruise it nice n slow wherever you want to go. I'd definitely buy it
Its a palace on the water, the engine line is minor repair that can be fixed with heavy duty lines and clips. Clean it up, refresh it with newer electronics where needed, add a few LARGE screen tv's, computer etc.........your set for life!
@@michaelsmith9308 probably not true. For someone that tend boats all day to say ... need to get a diesel mechanic.... that tells me it's the high pressure pump and not just a simple leak. More like the P pump or lift pump or whatever and would require someone that actually know diesels..... Just my thought....

For 1,000 a year ...how much extra would it cost to get it lake ready... And how much do you think it would cost to get to Missouri? I do have 10,000 cash that's no problem.. I might even be able to have enough to fix the gas leak issue and even transport the boat to a marina... If it were already here at a Marina I would buy it in a heartbeat... Not meaning I still won't buy it... I just need to find out how much it would cost to transport... I know nothing about these issues... I can drive a large pontoon boat but I have never driven a boat at size and I'm not afraid to try.. I would need some information on the basics of how to anchor and tie off when in a cove .. simple instruction I'm sure I can get this from you guys... Also need to know how long the boat is how wide the boat is and how much it weighs.. and how much it would cost to get to sea worthy again... If you can give me a ballpark figure I will try to find out how I can get it delivered to Stockton Lake Missouri
