Amazing episode, first time hearing what goes on behind the curtains of selling wine! Greetings from Slovenia
great episode, keen to see more of this stuff!
Awesome! Hey - thanks so much for the support!
Interesting chat as always- loving the AusWine Industry commentary, keep 'em coming 👌
Also, great to hear from Peter McAtamney again. I first encountered him in a '2021 Wine DtC' webinar, where his comments reinforced our view that Cellar Doors benefit hugely from focusing on building guest relationships-and that effective software can be pivotal in managing those relationships and data.
Anyway, enough with the almost shameless plug 😅- George
Hey thank you so much! Mate - plenty of room to move in Cellar Door software, that's for sure!
If you throw the kitchen sink at a neb and it’s 100 a bottle, I’m down. Is there a price point where you could just buy your way to making a top barolo style wine in SA?
Hmm sort of - a few people have tried - but often it's not even about 'throwing the kitchen sink' at it - it's hard to buy large format (3000L+ foudre) that've had 10 years + of seasoning.
