    Sir, property wife k naam pe buy ki lekin payment husband ne loan le k kiya hai. is case me agar wife house wife hai and sole owner hai, aur loan me co- borrower hai, to husband ITR file kar ke 100% interest and principle ka benefit claim kar sakta hai? kindly solve this issue, sir

    Property dealer and seller asks 60lacs cash and 60lacs for deed and by draft. Toh buyer kya kar sakta hai . Pls suggest !

    Sir agar kisi ko rural area ki maternal ancestral property ke sale mein cash received hua aur ye sale transaction hote samay uska naam baad mein register Kiya Gaya.Agar inheritor ko is mamle mein cash lene par majboor hona pada ho to vo kya kare.

    2. Using section 54c and keeping the amount of sell in govt bonds for 5 years and not pay taxes?
