I don't really have an answer that can unfuck your mind :) I started playing like this about 15 years ago and it worked okay, than I got a bit better and now I can do some funny looking shit while still maintaining an acceptable sound. Also, I think the nail on my right index finger got tougher over the years, I rarely break it these days.
I'm not sure it exists on the public Internet (I couldn't find one at the time I've learned it and didn't bother to make one). Although I think you could try contacting the band ok VK, maybe they can send it to you.
