Umm, you wanna see the BIOS screen? Because that's the only thing you get to see before the computer goes to the hard drive and boots up Windows... If you wanna see a Windows review then just search for that? Computer reviews are about hardware of said machine, not the operating system running on them...
Hey there, nice video. What are the specs on your model, and how's everyday work going with it, including battery life? It looks like this is available with the quad-core i7-7820HQ processor, as well as optional TB3 port. This would be a great "sleeper" lappy, with the option to hook up to an eGPU somewhere down the line.
should have shown the display and screen quality and graphics etc .. Every one can see the pictures on net ... senseless review .. just unpacking and that is it ..
+kimchee94112 those are the clock buttons to use with that annoying little nipple in the middle of the keyboard. I usually disable them in the bios during setup so they aren't accidentally clicked.
Okay thanks. I did a little more research. Those things are called trackstick and trackstick buttons. You could disable it from the keyboard or in the touchpad settings.
The specs in their 5480 manual says that it only supports up to a 512GB SSD M.2 SATA / PCIe. I was hoping to install a 1TB SSD. Do you think there's any reason it shouldn't handle the larger size?
it isn't a storage issue but a physical size issue the 1tb version has chips on both sides while the laptop only supports the one sided ones, which are 512 GB maximum.
Hi, nice video! I noticed that Elitebook on the side... what type is it? I don't remember seeing an Elitebook with that front... Might be a worthy competitor to the Dell.
Works great from what I understand. This was a demo unit, not one I use daily but the tech's only complaint is the USB dock. We are used to hooking up to the older E-Port docks, and this USB dock is more cables, and more clutter. But function is flawless. 🤓
This is not a review. You spent almost half the video removing the packaging, and then all you did was show the very first startup screen... ffs.

Yeah were u able to install a 1TB ssd?
It can definitely support a 1TB SSD. there’s no reason why it couldn’t.

hi there thanks for the video, what you think about the body the laptop can hold on for three years in tough environment or it will become like E6440
It feels about like the last 2 gens. 5550 & 5570. Don't think I would consider them "rugged" but not flimsy
Hi, can you please test the brightness of the 1080p matte panel?
DELL Latitude 5480 i7 7820HQ as a result of overheating no throttle? Maybe it's DELL advertising and you can't talk about it?
how this has been doing?
