One thing I think I would do is pull the girl back out and any blue that you can see through that Grill I would paint black like you did around the tail lights I have a red one it's going in the garage tomorrow I might take that idea of the black roof and put on my red one and then I think I'm going to have the interior totally reupholstered and red leather rugs included

Did you put your customs badges (front grill and back) on top of the original chrysler badges or did you removed the originals to replace with the new customs? Great car

Do you still have your crossfire? I'm looking at some at trying to find out as much info as I can about the common issues with the Break Assist System, the Ignition Lock, and the Relay Control Module. It seems like those are the big three that happen to most owners. Did you ever need to fix these and if so are there any mods / DIY things to make sure the issues don't occur again?

I've owned a crossfire for about a year now, and I can tell you the common problem on this car are the crankshaft & camshaft position sensors. These typically fix the no start or ignition lock issue. Also brake light switch is common problem, however a cheap fix. The valve covers also develop a slight oil leak over time, so be sure to get a thick valve cover gasket and seal it with Motoseal. If you cant find mechanical parts for the crossfire, just look it up under an slk320

Hey, I have a 2006 cross, I'm curious if you know how many sq ft of wrap it took to do your car (is it seamless?) Thanks, I can't wait to wrap mine!P.S. How long are you expecting your wrap to last?

The wrap was performed by Restyleit, so I don't know how much material was used. The finished product mimics paint, so you really can't tell it's a wrap. Seams are almost nonexistent. With proper maintenance, a good wrap can last 3-5 years. I've had this one for about a year now.

how did you install the ipad when you have hazard lights there and other stuff. Looking to get a crossfire and do up the car like you (INSPIRATION MAN) so did you move the buttons?? thats sick!
also im gonna be buying a crossfire at 85,000 miles. 2004 GREAT CONDITION INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR. with 85,000 miles in your expeience is it worth tuning up the rims paint and tints maybe a few extras? or em i getting closer to a car that gonna be no good?
    thanks man awesome freaking car

@ Oop Poop l If you're not technically inclined, have a mechanic check your car out before throwing cash at it. Once you've decided on a car, start with the fundamentals. Suspension, brakes, exhaust, a tune, and some wheels and tires. Crossfires are great cars, but because they no longer make them, funded aftermarket parts is a pain. Be prepared for that.

@ Oop Poop Look for Chrysler Crossfire iPad install on UA-cam, and you'll see how I relocated my controls.

+fasoho Thanks man appreciate the quick respond lol. I might not do necessarily a good tune up because the one I'm looking at is automatic and i've been reading that automatic crossfires cant get a supercharge in it so I dont see a point to a nice tune up. I herd the life doesnt last long or something. Plus I believe that crossfires are pretty fast in itself. Im sure its going to be the fastest car ive had yet lol
Although the exhaust might be helpful upgrading I may do that. Also is it really worth upgrading the suspension on the crossfire? did u notice a difference?
one more question thank you: If i take it in a shop to get the paint done, put rims in the tire, maybe do a little wrappin lol and of course tint the window, since i have zero experience with this area but willing to learn should i be taking it to a specialty kind of self-own business? Maybe pick out some people that have experience with tune ups and not oil changes lol thanks man again your car is sick hah u gotta put lambo doors on it. i prob will lol

+Oop Poop Not sure what you mean about not being able to put a supercharger on an automatic. If you get a Crossfire SRT6, that car only comes in an automatic, and is supercharged. It puts out about 330 horsepower. As for a suspension upgrade, the Crossfire has a firm but not overly stiff suspension. I put Eibach springs and spacers on my ride. The handling is worlds better, and still isn't overly stiff. I also upgraded to a stainless steel, custom triple outlet exhaust (you can find videos of my mods on UA-cam). Remember, the Crossfire is basically a re-bodied Mercedes SLK. As a result, the ride is very forgiving. If your mechanical experience is lacking, always go to a reputable shop. I would never trust my ride to a shop that isn't experienced in the field of modding high performance cars.

Vannara Hoeun HD I'll be adding a front lip and some side skirts. The car has a built in rear spoiler that automatically deploys at 62 miles an hour.
