I own a 2004 Crossfire and was looking for exhaust ideas. Just my opinion, but, this muffler delete is a bit much. There's no way I could drive THAT on a daily basis. That's the cool thing about this Channel- just about every car and engine combo has been on display here!

one thing i hate about these cars is that the srt-6 didn’t come in a manual :( my friend had a limited with a manual and that car was so much fun and the interior was hella comfy

Needs some long tubes with well-made merge collectors that have the spike in the middle, some vibrant high-flow GESI cats to replace the stock garbage, and one of those internalized x-pipe straight-through packed mufflers in the center (the bigger the better, but make it the only muffler in the system) followed by triple or quad tips.

@@DwaynesJohnsonLaysTheSmackdownUsually. But depending on the engine and exhaust setup, it can sound like ass. A lot of V6’s can sound even worse than I4 engines. And especially when people try doing resonator deletes while keeping the stock exhaust/mufflers intact. It sounds raspy, even though you can get away with it on most V8’s.

Yep, that’s why you hack that crappy muffler off and get a custom job to finish the dual piping. Or just get a custom 3” single exit. You could get the newer Honda styled exhaust tips or something, to fill in that center exhaust, which wasn’t common at all during that period in the mid 00’s.
