I liked it! I loved how you took a native to guide you rather than being by yourselves! Arabic food is so good, tasty and mostly healthy with a lot of vegetarian choices! you reactions were very fun and encouraging! Thank you for being good sports and open minded! Next time please do another vid about a different Arabic country .. but not adjacent to Lebanon!

As many have already mentioned, frog legs ain’t part of the Lebanese cuisine. But the other big point I’d like to make, is that it’s called Turkish mainly because the Ottoman Empire had ruled over the region for hundreds of years. The coffee is pretty much made the same all over the region, but because they ruled at the time the coffee presented to foreign dignitaries was called Turkish. It’s a when in Rome type of thing that just stuck around, but by no means does that mean that it’s Turkish.

Yeah, but Egyptian food is so hard to find in USA or Canada. I haven't seen any Egyptian restaurants.

Quyền Văn Trường Egyptian food is exactly the same as Levantine (Syrian, Lebanese, Palestinian, Jordanian) food. The only difference is that we have some dishes that are only Egyptian. But let’s be honest, all Middle Eastern countries have at least 3 dishes that belong only to that country.
