Kevin..you just got to live, forever, as you are so much an important part of everyday life of the ranches..a great example too of what a step father can be. Blessings to you.
It's so funny watching the bison fight their way into the corral - then walk out so calmly after they've been treated. Most of them, anyway. It's nice seeing Eleanor in her environment enjoying the peace and quiet. I love watching these roundups.
The 'working the herd' videos are always 'must see'! High drama. Seeing those beasts, up close, makes one appreciate the remarkable skills of the prop people on 'Dances with Wolves' who recreated them.
OMGosh!!!! Loved it!!!! From what I watched on video seems like the smoothest working of bison to date. Baker Families and friends did a great job. I just wanted to go touch Miss Elenor. I love to watch them getting worked and when they run beside you driving. Warms my heart. Thank you for sharing.
I've been waiting for this spring working of the Bison. Different format to keep up with, but I'll watch again. I am so happy to see Chandler, Cole ( in better health), and meet some additional people who love the Bison. Great job all! Love Eleanor, the sweetheart and smartest... she will do things her way😊
Thanks for the awesome feedback and for supporting the CTB team! I’m glad you enjoyed the video as much as we enjoyed filming and editing it all together! It sure has gotten smoother over the years hasn’t it
Thanks to everyone who helped Dusty and Marissa! I have been watching since the beginning and always enjoy your adventures! Thanks SO much for sharing your videos. 😁 👍
Great job everyone !!!! The handling gets better every time it’s time to work the Bison ! Bring a few new girls over for Dunbar ... it will give him some more love to pass around ! Loved seeing Marissa feed cubes to Dunbar .. very cool ! Blessings to you all!
Awesome video as usual. Awesome job everyone. The camera shots were spot on and that was the smoothest working so far. As for Dunbar, please don't get rid of him. He has a special bond with you. If Hoss has too many ladies, couldn't you move some of them over to Dunbars herd? This way Dunbar can spread more of his love, and Hoss is better able to manage his herd.
I think Dusty is limited to the number of Bison he can keep on his mom and stepdad's place. It's why he acquired the Ponderosa location. Keeping Dunbar and Big Joe apart is a prime consideration in moving any animals. The sale of Elanore's bull will relieve some coming issues.

Awe so nice to see no jumpers this time. They are scary moments for sure. Watching the babies scratch the gates "let me out" was cute video capture. Thank you, everyone who helped get this herd worked safely and quickly. Dunbar is a beautiful/ handsome big boy that needs to share his affections with others. You could take him to ponderosa and bring hoss over to mom and Kevin's. Whatever you decide is best, we will support you.
Incredible "teaching" video!! Great videography and subtitles! Thank you, Dusty and Cole! It would be nice to know who the adults are and your relationship/affiliation to each. Marissa is braver than I would be! She is a great rancher's wife! Cole does a tremendous job filming--I appreciate his willingness to shoot from different vantage points! Chandler is climbing and jumping fences as needed--getting great video!
Thanks Pat and Jelly for the awesome feedback and for supporting the CTB team! I’m glad you enjoyed the video as much as we enjoyed filming and editing it all together! It sure has gotten smoother over the years hasn’t it
When I was watching this video last night, totally immersed in the handling and care of these large, dusty, magnificent creatures, and the video cut to a commercial. In a split second I had gone from being on a farm to a high-rise window view of a gorgeous cityscape and river in the background. The contrast was startling and it took a minute to adjust from being a Farm Hand to being an Office Associate. That's how fascinating these videos are, you forget where you are!
Eleanor is near the bottom of the pecking order in her herd, but she is definitely a princess in the Baker family’s eyes. They love the underdog and her red dogs! Lol when she is out there alone is finally her time! 😂😊
Thanks Mary for the awesome feedback and for supporting the CTB team! I’m glad you enjoyed the video as much as we enjoyed filming and editing it all together! It sure has gotten smoother over the years hasn’t it
Thanks for sharing, Dusty. Thanks for camera work, guys. High speed and high powered action is stressful but fascinating. Well done for looking after them and respecting them. It is good to watch. Thank you, Dusty. Stay safe.

Leave it to the princess. Eleanor always requires special attention. LOL Good seeing her bull getting big and strong. Little Nora showed some spunk too. Do you have enough fence built to split Hoss' harem and move Dunbar over to the Ponderosa as well? M'be keep the non-breed stock at your folks' place? Great job from the whole crew today. Very efficient work today. Hopefully all goes just as well at the Ponderosa as well. Thor was having fun being in the middle of all the excitement. He's a GOOD boy, that one.
I’m just amazed at how much you have grown in working your herd and the respect and love they give you is so fun to watch. May God Bless you and the family.
Boy you guys have come a long way compared to the first time I watched years ago. Great job! Dunbar is a huge, majestic animal. Love your channel and the opportunity to see an animal that I never saw up close prior to watching your channel. Love it!
Hi Dusty Good job working your critters. They look really good as always which is a tribute to the great care you provide. It's great seeing Cole back at the Ponderosa and looking fit and strong again. I must say that I was very disappointed to not see Daniel Arms in your working crew. You two have such a great working style and your teamwork based on your history together is a pleasure to see. Bring back the double D team (Dusty & Daniel of course) please and thank you,
Dang that Dunbar grows on you! I’m fairly new watching these CTB videos and I find myself saying he’s so sweet, what a good boy, how handsome, etcetera, etcetera. 😊😊😊
For someone who’s never been on a ranch, these videos are so interesting and fun to watch. Very, very educational. Something we’d never learn in school.
Your mom and Kevin have an awesome view from their deck drinking their coffee in the morning watching the Bison. Glad everything went well really enjoyed your video.
Dunbar needs more ladies in his herd. So great to watch everyone working together. These are such magnificent animals. Thanks for sharing your bison with us.
Awesome job to all those involved. Great shots. Dunbar seemed really calm coming out of the shot. I am sure Dunbar wouldn't mind a few more ladies. Sweet Eleanor just relaxing.
Great video. As far as what to do with Dunbar…when you get the rest of the fences done at the ponderosa you could move all your breeding stock over there and give each bull his own herd of cows, rotate the heifers you raise to prevent inbreeding, and move the weanlings to the home farm to finish them before they go to market.
I absolutely agree with this idea. Plus, give Dunbar some of the heifers that are currently with Hoss (he has more than he can handle as a young breeding bull). JMHO

Great job as always! Enjoy watching the bison always and have learned so very much about these majestic animals. We “think” we know about them but speaking for myself….I have learned so much. Those Bison look BIG while Dusty is feeding them cubes in the field but oh my goodness…:when they hit that squeeze shoot and that head gate rattles and ALL THAT UNTAMED RAW POWER IS SCARY! That is exactly why they tell you…LEAVE THE BISON ALONE! I wish you could have measured that big massive bulls head sticking out. I think you said he weighed 1530 and still had weight to gain…..WOW THAT IS IMPRESSIVE! Thank you for taking us along for the ride!
That was amazing. Y'all have gotten so quick and the equipment changes you've made are impressive. It seems so much quieter now - I would guess that helps reduce stress. You herd looks great.
Thanks for the awesome feedback and for supporting the CTB team! I’m glad you enjoyed the video as much as we enjoyed filming and editing it all together! It sure has gotten smoother over the years hasn’t it

Great job this year!! I have watched every one of your videos of working your bison since you started your channel. And this one is your best one at this ranch. Can't wait to see the Ponderosa Ranch next. I think you need to give Dunbar some more ladies to woo. He will put more muscle on for next years spring round up. Cheers!

Great job everyone! Eleanor is definitely a Princess who’s too smart for her own good!😂. Please tell I think it’s Joe aka Tarzan his swinging skills are amazing!! Haha!😂

Great job today! Thanks for sharing! Now on to the Ponderosa! Can’t wait! Elenor is the smart one. When everyone else is penned up, she get to eat what she wants!
Dunbar is gorgeous. I've often wondered why you dropped his breeding stick so low... But I'm not a bison rancher. I'm sure you know a lot more about it than I do. 😊
The bison get crazy in the chutes, but the level of good interaction with humans shows in how calm they quickly get when released. A sign that you all are doing a good job with a small herd.

Wow! It’s starting! So big.. be careful all! All hands on deck! Great work,, Marisa did great too. Well done! Fifth year .. congrats! You all have come so far since those early days .
I loved seeing Eleanor enjoying a pasture to herself but at the very end when you were talking to her Dusty she was looking around for the other bison. But like you said regardless if she wants to or not she needs her shots and stuff. So git her done...LOL! ❤️❤️❤️
Just found your channel. Grew up on a wheat and sheep farm in Western Australia. Love watching different farming around the world. Never seen Bison farming so found it very interesting. Always one stubborn animal who rules the roost.
Thanks everyone for helping Dusty get it done!
It’s actually comical that Eleanor is out there proud as a peacock living her best life! She is the best!❤
This has been a pretty smooth round up and shots given. Except for Quapaw, Dunbar is quite a hunk of bison. Thank you everyone for helping Dusty
Great Bison working day, it was quick. Thanks to you all for bringing us in with you.

Kevin is the ultimate stepdad. He must love you a lot Dusty, to help you, and give you so much support. Let's have a vlog on him and your mom.
He's what's known as "the bonus dad"
I have a bonus dad I loved him more than my own bio
I don't know what it is about my boy Dunbar!! I just love that guy!! I'm so proud of him for cooperating when getting worked!!❤🇨🇦❤🇨🇦❤
Hes my favorite also.

Ive been here from the beginning. I have never saw a bison,,would love to. I sure have learned alot. I love all of y'all.
Y’all were so more confident this time. The stress level of everyone including the bid boy, was obviously way better than years past

Watching Eleanor strut her stuff at the end was awesome! She was feeling her Princess status all by herself in that pasture! ❤️
She is one smart cookie!
Eleanor is near the bottom of the pecking order in her herd, but she is definitely a princess in the Baker family’s eyes. They love the underdog and her red dogs! Lol when she is out there alone is finally her time! 😂😊
I came to comment that exact first sentence! She was definitely strutting 🤣
