- I have had this bike for about 3 months. The Bosch motor system is my favorite. I definitely wanted the most powerful, longest lasting battery and motor system combo. The Orbea Wild does not disappoint. The "EMTB" mode is amazing, but honestly, Turbo is where I love to ride.
The Luge trail that I will be riding in this video is about a 7 1/4 mile loop. Most of the ride is climbing, but nothing too steep. The actual downhill part of this trail is totally worth it. One run is never enough. Let's jump on the bike and see how many miles we can ride in Turbo mode.

Hey Danny what is the difference between EP8 and Bosch. I just got a 2024 Canyon Torque on free ride e bike and I like it.
IMO: The Bosch motor feels like it has more power. It also seems a little quieter while pedaling and riding dh. Some people have complained about the rattle of the EP8. I didn't notice it that much. The EMTB mode on the Bosch is also amazing. They are both good, but I like the Bosch more.
@@uosocal Thanks Danny I am loving the Canyon. I do not hear the rattle on the motor and it is pretty quiet. I sold my enduro bike and am e only now🔥
What model did you get? Those bikes are sick. Would have bought one myself, but they were out of stock
@@uosocal I got Lucky man. I got the 2024 Canyon Torque on CF 8. I got it Black Friday $4800. Got it in two days. It is really a beast.

in Germany they're about 4200 euros with the 625 wh battery
I think the Wild is more aggressive in geometry than the Trance. The 750wh battery is a beast. I get over 20 miles in turbo.
@@uosocal im about to make the click. comes with kiox 300 for 4260 euros, same color as yours. even tho battery doesn't come out, don't think that would be a big issue.
the giants I heard have problems with the motor as well.
@angelffalcon3134 you will love the Wild. Bosch is a much better motor as well. Just remember to check your bolts between rides.

One last question. You think it'd be easy to connect a headlamp?

What's the length of the initial climb?
Can you add a booster battery to the 2023 orbea wilds?
I have seen people do it to the older model. There is a removable aluminum door on the downtube. It's probably possible. I have been running my bike in turbo, and usually get tired before the battery runs out.
