In this video, DIYNate shares something he is embarrassed to say took him several years to learn about and actually begin using. The text replacement capability of the Apple / Mac / iPhone / iOS system is a great capability that lets users program commonly used expressions, information, and even paragraphs to avoid having to always type the same statements out, over and over again. DIYNate uses this for a variety of uses - posting listings to Facebook Marketplace, sending contact information, filling in email addresses, responding to UA-cam post comments, and a variety of other use cases.
The steps are very simple from an iPhone (and similar from a Mac).
• Go under Settings
• Select 'General'
• Select 'Keyboard'
• Select 'Text Replacement'
• Hit the '+' sign to add a keyboard shortcut
• Key in your statement (phrase), then key in the keyboard shortcut that will represent this
Once complete, try typing that shortcut in and watch the magic happen as the text is inserted into your application. Note that this text replacement feature works on many of the common apps such as traditional emails and forms; however, there may be programs that are not enabled or compatible with the text replacement feature (should be rare, but it can happen).

Funny sidebar as well - DIYNate's 12 year-old daughter was aware of how to do this on her very rudimentary iPhone that doesn't even have cell phone service. After asking several adults if they were aware of this feature, most responded they did not know this was available or how to do this.
If you have considered purchasing apps or heard promotions for other tools that allow for text completion and filling, this is a great starting point prior to having to invest money into a solution that may or may not be practical for you (e.g., Text Expander). At this time, I am not aware of a PC or Android version of a free text completion feature, but certainly willing to hear about it in the comments.
