On the delivery you had that was wrong address.
I had that once. And contacted DD. They contacted customer verified that yes they needed different address and they told me would pay me half pay more and also I told customer it is more miles than I planned. They told me would tip … I got $25 cash tip too.

I just started "Dashing" in Dallas, I take the hourly pay because, they only give me 3-5 miles orders. DD doesn't like to pay the whole hourly rate. I usually get between $4-$7 per order, but I get about 5 orders in per hour. I take all the little chump change, but I don't drive more than 3 miles usually using hourly pay.
Every time I have a pizza order they make me verify my bag.. I had a couple of pizza orders yesterday, getting tipped wasn’t a huge deal because it’s pizza, I was more annoyed by the 2nd person wanted it handed to them. I called them a few times about part of their order- did not answer. When I get there had a note to call a different number when I arrived- did that and texted them. Nothing so I was like “nope, it’s at the door” sent proof and everything.

I accept ALL orders and they hit me with automatic refusals and pause my dash and end it even though I extend it.

I think it’s cuz I get on the hourly rate for like 6-8 hours so when it slows down the try to bump hourly workers off the market

How many miles did you drive? Stop focusing on gross income. Net income is most important.It's sad most Dashers don't focus on the net income for each job completed.

Earned by time should happen the second you sign in. Even if you're sitting waiting around for an order you should be getting paid the $15 an hour or in my area it's 16.50. a bunch of nonsense only during active delivery time
You can always start your own company and offer to pay drivers for just sitting with app on

I text customer and ask them how they want it delivered hand to or leave.. they usually tell me to leave at door..I leave it.. take a photo.. put per customer request leave at door. And click handed to customer 😂😂😂.. smooth sailing

Dude there’s been times when my active pay was $32/hr and dash time pay was like $12/hr yep those “one order a day” days…
You still see High Pay offers even if you're under 30%. The app just doesn't tell you that they're high paying offers.

I have only been dashing since last november, Ive done 2,210 deliveries, Ive made 50 an hr, almost 100 in an hour and with an AR of 38%. Now days after youve done this for some months, I think its scrim pickings unless your in a zone where drivers are needed, ohhhh how fast that algorithm changes from starving you to feeding you good orders LOL
Not in my town. If your under 70% acceptance rate your getting bottom feeder stuff unless it’s super busy

$15 per active hour should be illegal. You using your own car, gas, insurance etc ! These companies be printing money off of delivery drivers. Delivery driving is indeed the new slavery, we all need to be actively working on leaving this delivery business. It only makes sense for the company.

Make sure you schedule yourself instead of just dashing if you schedule yourself then you get first priority and good orders and you get plenty of them

All this delivery apps have turned into a joke, I would say into a scam, but they've always been a scam. Us drivers that have been doing this know how good it was before, but now they're all trash. And with restaurants now paying 20 dollars per hour in California, it's making this apps look like total garbage.
All and every gig app will pay very well to get those hooked and into the game! The money was never there it was what the investors wanted to get the drivers!!!!! Every single app has done this!!!! End of story!!!!!!

Their base pay is a joke .But they do send the new drivers the best paying offers with the highest tips for the first 2 months, but that's the CUSTOMERS paying drivers with their tips. These scumbags apps are charging the restaurants and the customers' high fees, and drivers also get charged a fee for every offer they accept. EVERYTHING they do and every program they come up with is designed to maximize their profits, and their stupid garbage incentives are designed to trick drivers into accepting non - and low tips offers.... Technically speaking, anyone who does their own research will find out that these apps are a total SCAM.

Getting paid $15 an hour while driving your car at your expense is ridiculous because your car will cost you at least $5-$6 an hour to operate....Gas, insurance, maintenance / repairs and depreciation.
This leaves you with$9- $10 an hour max while simultaneously destroying your car...LMFAO...There really is a sucker born every minute !
Your starting your engine at least 15-20 times a day, driving all over the place and using your car for $9- $10 an hour....I wouldn't do that to a lawnmower.
Getting paid minimum wage is one thing but using your car at your expense to earn minimum wage is just plain stupid.

Yall using the excuse of the distance from the merchant to the customer but it ain't the driver responsibility to be close to the restaurant. But they need to be tipping on the busy time knowing there are plenty of orders out there at that time and traffic is more likely to be bad at that time and they can see the distance from their house to the merchant in the app. Enough with excuses. Ppl need to tip or pay delivery fee for delivery service or the service is just going to keep getting worse. If they tip the service will be better.

I don't understand how you are at 31% acceptance rate mines at 86% but then again I drive late at night during peak pay I always get an extra two dollars or 250 an hour and I'm not taking no tip orders anymore and I'm not wasting my time going shopping for people anymore I'm averaging around $6 to $12 a delivery and I try to stay in my area so I can do 3 to 4 deliveries an hour
