Congratulations. I have questions regarding the police certificate do you still need to submit that one or no need if you didn’t go out in Canada for 186 days ?after you become a PR ?and for the address for the past five years I arrive in Canada 2021 and this July I’m eligible to apply for citizenship so the past 5years address I will start in 2019

Yes, you can submit your citizenship application if you are outside Canada and you can also do the exam as it is done online.
