The purpose of these questions is to memorize the key facts in the book. These questions list close and related facts together to choose the right one. The exam questions philosophy will be the same, however options to choose from will be different. Do your best.

I think you need to correct the electoral votes is now changed to 338 district, from 308 (before 2015)

Thanks for the observation, The exam will be based on the published book, which is published in 2012.
