I just listened to Bicep playing these at Audioriver Festival in Płock Poland. Middle of the night, POURING rain, everyone absolutely soaked in colorful raincoats, waving umbrellas, throwing their hands up in the air, jumping in the mud, screaming, it was madness. Lasers were refracting in the air, it felt like a miriad stars descending upon us, I was dancing with the widest smile, rain falling on my face, in my mouth, I was wet down to the pants and socks, my phone got soaked and died, I felt like a window to another universe opened in front of me. Without exaggeration it was one of the best moments of my life.
That moment was pure detachement and transmission to the land of sound and visual extasy. Kasst concet at AR brought me to the same place. It is hard to describe those experiences. Pure Joy. I miss that.
I have never heard Glue be played live, but each time I hear a different version, it makes me cry. How can someone create such beautiful music that withstands the test of time, and makes people feel unexplainable emotions across the oceans... Yeah I'm in love...

Modern day icons of electronic music. After being besotted with music in general by watching Arctic monkeys headline glasto 2007, and subsequently been drawn into electronic music by bicep and ejeca, it really hits home to see the lads have Glastonbury in their hands. Was just sitting here thinking that I was introduced to this type of music about 30 years ago. I grew up in Ontario, Canada and I went with some colleagues into Toronto for a weekend as it was a 'team building' thing with my job at the time. A colleague suggested we go to a progressive house dance club. I was 18, had grew up in a small town and hadn't been exposed to the club scene or music like this. I wasn't prepared emotionally or interms of my clothing. But, it was the beginning of a love affair with this style of music. It was a beautiful night of souls united on the dance floor hugged by beat.
Apricots is where it started for me. Heard it on the radio. Never looked back. Drawn in big time. These are monsters. Saw me through pandemic and beyond.
here i am again re-watch this over and over... as i often do. i speak for a lot of people here... this is truly a masterpiece that takes us somewhere else. not here, but somewhere... this is phenomenal. ❤
Back in the 90'S I brought glow sticks from Scotland where I worked in Butlins to the northwest, Wigan pier and park hall next to Camelot theme park. Who’s here for the drop at 9.22 jeez love this remember dancing to it in the summer in my garden in lock down under my gazebo with the fairly lights on ❤❤❤
I was there absolutely loved them now. I've just turned 40 I've seen Leftfield, The Chems, Orbital Underworld at Glast. This knocked them out the park.
that shot of the front row - person after person on their phone, phone, phone phone.........wtf is going on?! How is that even possible?!!
Toxicity of social media. People are rather focused on posting their life on instagram instead of being focused on moments like these. Mad world.
A few hundred people back, me and my buddies were just living in the moment. Experiencing, listening, dancing, loving.
i was dancing in the middle of the field along with everyone else, no point being down the front if you want to dance ,theres no room.
9:40 there's almost no phones at the front, there's hope for us yet!
I can’t stand it... I like to dance , and I don’t like to watch bouncy videos.. therefore; I live in the dang moment and enjoy every second! It’s so insane to see everyone record and stand.
Close your eyes and relax. And this tune will take you places ❤️
Godness… so beautiful I am in tears at 7 am
Makes me cry with joyful emotions every time I watch this ❤
Absolutely blown away by Bicep, bringing an old skool flava back to modern day trance, smashed Glastonbury out the water, big respect 🔊🔊🙌🏼🅱️🅾️🅾️Ⓜ️
Hardly any phones around me where I was stood. just enjoying the phenomenal performance
Was at this and was blown away! The lads absolutely smashed it! Highlight of my Glasto by far!
Likewise, was amazing!
It was the best set I've seen at any of the eight Glastos I've been to.
I'd heared of bicep but knew nothing. Now I do. Very special. My idea of what a festival should sound like.
You are so fucking spot on man.
@@TheDGAF06 ha, I've never even been to a festival or a proper gig, but listened to all sorts of music. I like music that makes you feel something, whatever it is. This is like a different kind of soul music.
going to my first festival in a week all i know is im gonna be disappointed because it wont be like this
love 💌
Jealous of everyone that witnessed this live....phenomenonal 😫
@@James-pc1ku I'm afraid if be off me tits on mdma to be holding any phone
It was boring tbh, crowd were chatting the whole way through, no one paying attention, i was bored
@@rafislego wouldn't of been bored if I was there fella would of had you raving 🕺
This was my fifth time seeing them, and the best yet. The mixing, the sound, the light show - all perfect. There were people chatting in places, so we moved. How anyone could say they were bored is beyond my comprehension. It was exquisite.
@@ciaragilsenan8319 it's not going to make me feel any better I'm still jealous 😁
