Hi there - our platform will let you do multiple cameras using an iPhone and then cut that on an iPad. We'd love to talk to you more about it, if possible! :)
I don't know if you still need this answer but @ 1:13, he showed a audio out to usb cable which is connected to the main out of the Focusrite sound card. This is connected into the ipad and then it is selected as sound source on Switcher Studio. Hope that helped.
Peace and blessings. Hope you can still give some advice. We are a small church and we are renting at another church for our services. We wanted to have hybrid Zoom/Live services and not necessarily stream live on our UA-cam channel (although that might be cool). Wondering what kind of setup you could suggest. We do have a soundboard and use the laptop for the PowerPoint slides. I was thinking of using the Logitech BCC950 conference camera to allow us to pan during services. I would connect it to another laptop that I would control (someone else controls the PowerPoint slides). My concern was with the sound as the conference mic would pick up all sounds including those from the congregation (which may not be bad since sometimes the Pastor has a conversation with the congregation). Would you recommend a better setup? We have a small budget and don't necessarily need the "cheapest" setup as much as we need the simplest setup to be able to put up and take down weekly.
Thank you, very nice setup, We have 3 iPhone 6 and was was thinking using olloclip lenses, wide and zoom. Only the wireless isn't very save, sometimes everything shots down. Thinking about connecting it with HDMI cables and a small videomixer RGB mini or Atem. Then OBS in the laptop. Any thoughts or remarks on this system?
Hi, sorry it's taken me a while to respond. We upgraded our wireless to the highest speed available through our Internet Service Provider, and we use the Amazon Eero wireless router mesh system, and so far it has been very faithful. Even with the upgrades, however, the upload speed can sometimes drop on Sunday mornings...I guess multiple churches livestreaming in the area can have an affect on internet traffic. So we broadcast in the lowest quality setting on Switcher studio to avoid buffering and pauses for those watching. If you have a video mixer and can navigate OBS, I think you would find more stability, but if you're wanting to use the iPhone 6 as your camera, you may still need to upgrade either the WiFi or the phones to avoid shutting down. We have used iPod touches with good results.
The iPad streams the footage directly to UA-cam or Facebook. No connection to computer needed. The cable from iPad to the audio interface is a lightning cable
I wish that I'd found your channel sooner! Nah, it's providential timing. Nice setup, and thank you for introducing me to Switcher Studio.
Right. I’m glad i found Switcher Studio for my event. $25 pass and I can broadcast to zoom or Facebook live with my Apple products. 💯🤙🏽
what lens are you using?
Do you have a link to the exact Focusrite and lens?

Switcher studio, how effective is it?
We’re still using it 4 years later.
What cable do you us to get the footage from the camera at the Centre to the Imac and computer

@@justinbishopmusic Ooooh I see thank you
how are you using the phone wirelessly?
With an app called Switcher Studio…an iPad acts as the “Switcher”
What version iPad are you using
I think it's the 2018 version. One of the phones is an iPhone 6s and everything still works.
Thanks
