They see our profiles from different sources and call.
Apart from basic info they ask for CCTC and also do a negotiation on the expected CTC.
Many a times it is irritating even if I try to make them understand it depends on various factors.
All they want is a number or to make the candidate agree to a pay irrespective of the market value.

Always go as per market standards.Getting high salary is pretty easy by having multiple counter offers but what if the candidate doesn't like the company after joining for various reasons. They will ill not get opportunities to even match your current CTC if they want to move on. It's like a trap

One lower medile class boy was stady in BE MECHANICAL ENGINEER in one normal college is complet the course in 2017 but he's have backlog so is trying jobs every one asked degree certificate so that time in not gate any job so is doing to many works like bpo,car driver, office boy extra final is complete in degree for 2021 now is trying to jobs but the company asking proper experience but he's don't have any proper experience .
