In the past I just actually bit down on my Hero 3+ black... but with the Hero 5 black, the spacing for buttons is different and one of my eye teeth hit the power button, I’m glad I found this video!! Thanks Jessie
Guys, a tape cushion can certainly work but I found it's even better to use a cushion from bubble wrap. It adds a lot more cushioning as well as grip for your teeth. Just fold a piece of bubble wrap and tape it to the lower end of the j-hook mount and you're good to go!
I have option one but not with tape. I bit in a piece of plaster and I let it become hard around the piece where you did tape on. Now I have it is in the perfect shape and it is working fine.
Thanks so much, when I used the head mount it was a bad angle and it kept falling off my head when I did flips. I tried to make a video and it worked! Thanks heaps.
Passing along a tip that you can share with your viewers. I've been storing my shotgun Sinnhauser mic in a hard shell eyeglass case to protect it when not in use. It's a compact and effective.
man you had the best time in american naija warrior iam your huge fan tanx for coming back i love you man your the real hero and the best american warrior b
what i have almost done buy the headmount with the hatclip , found something durable yet kinda soft , cut it to fit the hat clip surfaces where i would bite , glue it on , put it either against my chin or kind of on my nose depending if there is someone infront of me i need to record or if its focus is just me with the POV .but for me i cant use the skeleton case because it could rain at any moment in this country :/ hope that if you did not like any of these 2 he showed then there is the one i did , which i believe jason paul did it too . but for now i just use the hatclip on the gopro with the case , straight forward fast and simple right out of the box , only problem is its kinda heavy and long climbs etc ... they are tiring and you have to keep stopping or get bad footage because you are focusing on your jaw more than the climb , but thats just me moaning , i love it . i believe there is a surfers mount which people sometimes use for POV too , and people who have no equipment and big mouths just pit it in their mouths .
Another easy mouth mount is to use the gopro quick clip. It already has a cushion on it and it comes with the head mount. You can check out some of my videos for test footage for it.
hey do you work out? if so, do you do core workouts? I'm like you, tall and skinny (6'2" 150lbs) and I'm trying to get into parkour. do you workout or did you workout ever to help with your parkour and free running, or did you just kind of jump into it?
+weaponkid1121 You should work out to build and maintain your body, which will help you train. I recommend checking out the Tapp brothers' channel for this. They post a ton of parkour related workouts and diets. I also recommend doing body weight exercises such as pull ups, planks, and squats to develop a strong and well balanced body.
i have the gopro hero. this one can not get out of his case so a skeleton mount Isn't possible. are these options then still possible? or not? cause I make some parkour video ( plz also check out) and this is very use full!!! so already thanks a lot for all the tutorial!!!
+Jack Howard i scuba dive sop i used the mouth piece of my scuba mask as its fully molded to my teeth (like a mouth gaurd but smaller) plus it has a hole in it so you can breath through your mouth when puffed.
whats the best go pro to have, i know theres a go pro hero 4 that i could buy for like 400$ CND but is it worth ? or should i stick with something more basic
+Luca Gruber Not sure but I think you can also use Version 2 with the Waterproof Case and the Sandbox Back , well it isn´t Waterproofed anymore (obviously) but (in a worst case scenario) the camera has a little bit more protection when you hit something with it or it simply drops out of your Mouth
i did the same thing as option one but instead of duct tape i used moldable plastic and molded it to my teeth. i love it and it works really well. you forget its in there.
Another option for hands free go pro filming is the Emerson tactical helmet for airsoft with the GoPro Night Vision mount and just simply turn your camera upside down. This works quite well for any of you who airsoft as well as freerun.
Hey Bro why don't you buy a mouth guard and hot glue the mount to the mouth guard and its secured to your mouth without having to worry about dropping it
Bro thank u so muchhhh i was trying to find a good angle for me so the aerea can be seen and niw i fount it broo love u dude liked and subed 🤙🤙👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😁😁😁
holy crap, only realised he was standing inbetween two trains at the end. thought he was in a workshop
lmao true asf
same lol
Nancy Hankin sameee
Wait, he wasn't?
Gotta try the ducttape version 1 - seems way more comfy than the polymorph plastic version i did some years ago :D
+Michi Leber also ist die erste Version besser als das mit dem Plastik was du mal hochgeladen hast?
+Michi Leber und ist diese Version besser als dein polymorph mount?
Kann es euch nicht sagen! Muss es testen! :D
Michi Leber What's up Michi!
Whatsssss uppppp!!
Option 1 have less breathing sound than option 2, awesome video👍
Should i do this while i’m snowboarding?
how many days a week do you train?
8
+LaFlairParkour hhahah

+LaFlairParkour Lol that's legut if ur in Egypt xD
yo this is so sick, i did it without ductape and it is incredible, im going to actually use this!
I finished it, and it is incredible, if i make a parkour channel im totally going to use this.
In the past I just actually bit down on my Hero 3+ black... but with the Hero 5 black, the spacing for buttons is different and one of my eye teeth hit the power button, I’m glad I found this video!! Thanks Jessie
This tutorial came out just in time! I just got a go pro
Me too!
i thought that this was a joke at first =)
Griffin Osborn rrrrd
option 2 looks so much better! I mean they are small differences but it just looks better. more first person looking

Do you colorcorrect your videos? Could you please tell what setings do you use on your gopro and how do you get the style.
I like to do option 1 but i use the quick clip that comes with the head strap because it is already padded a little bit and it isn't very rough
Finally! I have been wondering how to get a good POV shot. Awesome tutorial!:D
Thanks so much, when I used the head mount it was a bad angle and it kept falling off my head when I did flips. I tried to make a video and it worked! Thanks heaps.

Hey man so have you ever gone to Miami Freerunning Academy? Because I go there and have you met Andres there?
As a budget and lightweight mouth cam, would the hero 5 session be a good option?
Do you use a regular camera for filming your parkour videos or do you use a GoPro?
Hey man, i love ur videos. I was just wondering what sjoes do you use atm? TY man :)
+MrGoofy72 Tempest NLS-1's Black and Wilds. They are the NEW Tempest shoes coming out soon
man you had the best time in american naija warrior iam your huge fan tanx for coming back i love you man your the real hero and the best american warrior b
Hey, is that mount (the j-shape one) from the helmet front mount? Thanks!
what i have almost done buy the headmount with the hatclip , found something durable yet kinda soft , cut it to fit the hat clip surfaces where i would bite , glue it on , put it either against my chin or kind of on my nose depending if there is someone infront of me i need to record or if its focus is just me with the POV .but for me i cant use the skeleton case because it could rain at any moment in this country :/ hope that if you did not like any of these 2 he showed then there is the one i did , which i believe jason paul did it too . but for now i just use the hatclip on the gopro with the case , straight forward fast and simple right out of the box , only problem is its kinda heavy and long climbs etc ... they are tiring and you have to keep stopping or get bad footage because you are focusing on your jaw more than the climb , but thats just me moaning , i love it . i believe there is a surfers mount which people sometimes use for POV too , and people who have no equipment and big mouths just pit it in their mouths .
I'm not doing parkour but I need to find a good POV option for me.
So this looks very good because I got that piece in option 1.
Another easy mouth mount is to use the gopro quick clip. It already has a cushion on it and it comes with the head mount. You can check out some of my videos for test footage for it.

you will have to work out before starting parkour especially if youre not sporty

So when u put in your mouth while doning parkour how do last a long time while doning parkour?is it hard breathing out your nose?
Can you use skeleton case with all camera like yi 4k??
Does it matter which gopro it is? would it work with the gopro hero 4?
Is that a hero three? Bc i have one. But i cant find a skeleton case for one
I already tried the second one, but it gave me a shakey video, i'm going to try the first option and see how it goes.
Thanks. This is what I was looking for my cycling videos.😅
This tutorial looks so simple and easy cant wait to get a gopro.. Might be awhile..
Wait a minute... Aren't these the train tracks right across of Tempest SB?
This is cool! Thanks! I've been looking for a mouth mount for a while and haven't been able to find one, but this should work perfectly.
Is that a clip mount that's in the case?
Hey could I still do this if I buy a session
option 2 is very good
Wow...you posted this the say I got my gopro and decided to make a mouth mount for it.Tgete is a god!
Option 2 is better, definitely.
hi I do snowboard what is the best option for me :)
the vierd thing i was subbed to you 4 years ago and still are subbed to u :D u teached me my first moves..
do you have to use skeleton case???
how do you remove your breathing from the footage?
i made a freerunning/parkour montage with a headstrap and they are all right
Hello, please what is your GoPro model? '
Awesome video, helped me a lot!
Also, +10 for the location
Stay safe, greetings from Germany ✌️
what is the thing you put around your gopro called?
i have the gopro hero. this one can not get out of his case so a skeleton mount Isn't possible.
are these options then still possible? or not? cause I make some parkour video ( plz also check out) and this is very use full!!! so already thanks a lot for all the tutorial!!!
I have the hero too, and I use the gopro quick clip that comes with the headstrap. you can check some of my videos for test footage.

+Southern Traceur i know did to. but thx! I also have problem because my gopro doesn't charge no more
Are these the main mounts used in parkour videos? I have also heard that chest mounts are good, any ideas?
Yes, most parkour athletes use the mouth mount, the chest mount still works but when doing certain moves the camera wont capture anything
+BizzBuzz01 lol hey Baxter
+Ethan Moore who is Baxter?
+BizzBuzz01 lol you know
+Ethan Moore ?
I saw someone who added a moth guard
+Jack Howard Yeah. Those moths are really annoying when you do parkour. I hate having to kill them every time but, the moth guard solves my problem
+Max Jackson lol
+Jack Howard i scuba dive sop i used the mouth piece of my scuba mask as its fully molded to my teeth (like a mouth gaurd but smaller) plus it has a hole in it so you can breath through your mouth when puffed.
whats the best go pro to have, i know theres a go pro hero 4 that i could buy for like 400$ CND but is it worth ? or should i stick with something more basic
TheReal SlimShady get the hero 4 silver, probably the best one but I got the hero 1 yesterday for Christmas and it's fine
thanks dude
You actually dont need the skeleton case for option 2. You can just use the normal open back:)
Version 1 would also work with the waterproof case
+Luca Gruber yep. that's what I've used.
I did option 1, but not with a tape, I did it with a bandage.
Can u teach us how to jump further
i did the same thing as option one but instead of duct tape i used moldable plastic and molded it to my teeth. i love it and it works really well. you forget its in there.
Stick pre-moulded Gum shield to plastic done.
Thanks sir😁
They should invent an accessory which fits the gopro in it. Something similar to Wrench's mask in Watchdogs 2.
which gopro is the best for parkour, hero 3, hero 4, hero 5, session, session 5?
Oliver Smith hero 4 probably idk
what if you made a mesh mask mount
Another option for hands free go pro filming is the Emerson tactical helmet for airsoft with the GoPro Night Vision mount and just simply turn your camera upside down. This works quite well for any of you who airsoft as well as freerun.
THX THIS HELPED I AM ABOUT TO POST SOME PARKOUR VIDEOS!
but i put my gopro upside down and my footage is upside down
You should make a video showing all of your worst parkour fails over the years haha
if you put subtitles in portuguese in your videos
you helped me =D
second one is better for me =)
Vooova, will there be a pov video man?
I am going to try it out
the last tip is very utile thx, all the video is awesome 😱👏
I only have a water proof casing...
what is the best shoes for parkour?
@Wp3PK lmao that is dumb shoes fucking matter i wanna see you do parkour in highheels lmao
sick, I already have this and it's awesome!
jesse i just used some polymorph plastic and moulded it to my teeth like a mouthguard
Hey Bro why don't you buy a mouth guard and hot glue the mount to the mouth guard and its secured to your mouth without having to worry about dropping it
What about mounting it on the Chin? Surely there is a way to not have it stuck in your mouth..
+TheNiam It may slip, if it's in your mouth you have a firm grip of it.
holy shit man did you used to skate at inline 1? i feel like i remember you from back in the day
can I do this with a regular small camera?
+Awwesomemoment idk can you? =)
+LaFlairParkour only one way to find out.
What does POV mean
I'm not a freerunner but I am a drummer and I was thinking this could be used in drumming videos
option 2 is more stable and less shaky : D
Congratulations men!!
ohh i might do that with the mouth thing
The image comes upside down? If yes you need to edit the video, no?
U can invert the action camera
very nice idea
Is it possible to do this with androids?
Thanks man you helped a looooooooot
Bro thank u so muchhhh i was trying to find a good angle for me so the aerea can be seen and niw i fount it broo love u dude liked and subed 🤙🤙👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😁😁😁
GREAT video! thanks man!
incredible I can't believe you can do that!
goooooooood job my friend !
