To me it looked like he called the Pro Standard Grill Mount the clear winner. Kyle forgot to mention that you heat mold the Grill Mount to your teeth for a perfect relaxed fit.
will the white/red pro standard grill mount fit my GP hero 8? I'm about to buy that one (thx for the review!) but the homepage says it's designed for GP 9 & 10
I have the Pro Standard mount and find it very easy to breath. You can also talk with the mount in your mouth. You do not need to breath through your nose. You can just open your lips and breath through your mouth. great mount!
Your breathing is exactly the same as your breathing without it your mouth becasue the design has nothing blocking your mouth. The Grill Mount is designed so that when it's in your mouth it works like a mouth guard, which means you get the performance bonus of better balance and more power as well as normal breathing and talking.
This is such a great video. Only thing is that I just cannot imagine going around in public places with a camera in my mouth. What happens if people come up to you and start talking to you? You have to take it out of your mouth right? Would be cool if There was like a Go Pro mouth mask so you can talk whilst having the camera attached infront of your mouth. Hannibal Lecter style but with the camera attached infront. I dunno, it's just an idea but sick video!
OmniStyle It's for the GoPro ACTION camera. It's made for mostly short ACTION videos. If ur in the moment of taking an action video, u most likely won't be talking or walking around the mall.

Pro Standard is the best, I have it and it has eliminated so many of my other mounts, sometimes its even better than the Karma grip.

@Surfer I used a head mount, removed all elastic straps and then put the plastic in my mouth. Works fine!
