- The quack doctor uncovered by the Kenya Medical practitioners and dentist board Monday, had no medical schooling of any kind. The University of Nairobi says the suspect was never a student of the institution. Fake medic, Ronald Melly, had claimed he was a student at the university. Richard Kiprotich Melly, had risen to the position of medical supritendent at Meteitei sub county hospital, in Nandi county.

Watching the clip on the said KMPDB licence, it is shown to be signed by Dr. Muraguri who is currently the Principal secretary in the Health Ministry. could it be verified if that signature is his?
