Huge bike shop there. One bike two wheelsets seems to be getting more common with more road like geometry on gravel bikes options. Some could argue the road bikes are just giving option for wider tyres and more gearing options.
So very true, plus if you put flat bars and suspension on a gravel bike isn’t it just a mountain bike?! I do love the gear range and wide tyre drop bar option now I have an actual gravel bike not just a cyclocross bike with 40mm gravel tyres! That bike shop is mega and a really lovely bunch of people too 😊

The bike sizing looked small fo’sure but I dropped a frame size for my latest and apart from some toe-verlap wish I had done it ages ago. Enjoy rest and recovery post event now ☕️

Noice! Assuming you already did it, hope it went well! I too am considering getting a "do it all" bike, got too many specialist bikes. I had my eye on the Canyon Inflite CF SLX. In the Peaks, I wanted a bike that I could take almost anywhere, as the road surface here changes a lot (as you know) and that is light.
We did, we did! Hoping to get that video out very soon indeed :) I rode my Canyon Inflite CF SL for three years before I bought the 3T. It’s a very versatile bike but I wanted wider tyres and the widest I could squeeze on the Inflite is 40mm. I miss living in the Peak it’s flipping lovely ☺️

Obviously I'd mention you as the original recommendation! Looking forward to that video. Its amazing here, I never take it for granted and its so quiet. I love the place.
