Ah, lovely and uplifting - thanks so much, Dani 🤩 Just wondering (so that I don't relapse here!), if a body is under stress (e.g. me last year, working every hour given to me at a desk-job), is it a cortisol spike that can result in HA or the fact that stress can cause a decrease in appetite and hence, weight loss or the fact that during stressful periods of time, good nutrition might become less of a priority, hence resulting in weight loss? Maybe a combo of all 3? Really appreciate all of your time, help and efforts, Dani :))
Yaaay! New upload💗definetly gonna see the nature and DEstress since its getting warmer. However, Dani, I’ve got a question: I’ve been put on HRT by a doctor and took it for 2 months - it did not incude a bleed. I was still majorly undernourished and got a fairly active job (i quit now) while on hrt. I stopped taking the pills cause I’ve decided to get my period naturally but I am not sure weather it’s possible or not. if my body wasn’t able to produce a medicated cycle why would it do it naturally? Does this fact mean it will take a long time to recover by myself (if ever)? I’ve gained a lot of weight from severely underweight to a borderline-normal BMI and been all-in for a little bit less than a month. TIA Your channel is a blessing! Hope to hear from you✨🐇
I've saved your question for an upcoming ep :) Most likely, recovery is possible for you. But if you're in such a depleted state the medication is basically an emergency for you, listen to your doc! Happy to talk more and see what the actual challenges are for you. thehasociety.com/coaching
@@DaniSheriff thanks! a lil update though: I was really desperate and generally felt like my body is broken when I was writing this question. But now I am seeing great improvements and even egg white looking CM here and there. So I’m being a bit more hopeful!
This was great please make more videos like this!!:)
Yes maam!
