Three Mushrooms Stir Fry are naturally sweet and yummy! Cooked in just 4 minutes with one tbsp of cooking olive oil only, no added carbs and super easy to do.

Ingredients in this recipe:
2 packs ( 227g each ) baby cremini mushrooms
1 pack ( 227g ) large cremini mushrooms
1 pack ( 227g ) enoki mushrooms
4 cloves fresh garlic, chopped or diced
1 medium white onion, cut in cubes
1/2 tsp table salt
1 tbsp cooking olive oil
1/4 cup water ( cold or warm or hot )
dash of freshly ground black pepper
optional: fresh green onions
