I've never liked people blowing on the mic before, but the way you're doing it in this video on the deep breathing part is giving me some surprise ASMR tingles. Just little ones, but it's nice. Definitely would not mind more of these "guided meditation" style videos, and I'm not normally a fan of that sort of thing. (I meditate just fine on my own. Lemme know if you want to me to write some stuff up for you. 👍I'd be happy to, though I think you do just fine on your own.) Quality Check: You sounded fine throughout the video for me (had my headphones on and volume max). Pretty light.
