@Millian Macalintal there is no historical evidence why did you mention there is no historical evidence of Jesus? No proof! No tomb? No 12 disciples? Not a single one? No king David no proof of his massive wealth? Fabricated stories to control the masses. Tell the truth you need to do some research sheep and wake up from the matrix.
L. Ron Hubbard was asked once when his books started selling if he is making a lot of money. He said "If I wanted to make a lot of money, I would start a religion." So he did, so he did.
Very very old news. Is there reason why people like you keep mentioning the same exact things over and over and over again like it's brand new everybody already knows the story at least try to come up with something new other than the top 10 bulshit stories
I was actually in Scientology for 5 years. I lost my wife and I lost everything when I decided I wanted to think for myself and do something better with my life. After seeing so many videos on UA-cam about everyone else's suffering I'm seriously considering writing a book. I've been to Flag and I've seen some unbelievable things. And you guys are right it is a very scary cult that is very hard to get out of. But I was freed back in 2007.

A proffessor at my college told me about how one of his students talked to a scientology group who had a small stand set up and they offered to take him to lunch. He went missing fell off the grid nobody could find him. 2 years later he shows up at the profs class and tells him how they locked him in the car drove him to a secret location kept him captive and brainwashed him for months (inducing stockholm syndrome and all that). He was sent out to hand out pamphlets when his conditioning broke and he realized what they did and he ran. Hed only been free for a few weeks. Im not (personally) making this story up for entertainment purposes. Dont trust scientologists. Stay thr hell away from them. And never take the offer of a free meal from them.
Connor notyerbidness I heard this story many times. I think it's more of an urban legend. Still, L. Ron Hubbard was a real crook. He even joined with Aliester Crowley in the 40s and was into demonology for a while. He was arrested numerous times for con games and stealing funds from other organizations. After his last arrest, a lawyer friend told him to start a religion. "it's guaranteed to make you rich". So he did. He also took a ton of drugs all his life.
Im all for freedom of religion but when your hurting and harassing people as well as using blackmail and brainwashing techniques on people, i feel like there is a problem
Most mainstream religions are built on a foundation of oppression and suffering, that's why there are anti-theists that so vehemently oppose all religion
Scientology: the pay as you go 'religion.' Imagine hearing about Xenu having spent years of your life/vast amounts of money to learn that utterly absurd piece of information. The shock when you discover that after all the years of build-up to this big 'moment of truth' that you've been physically/mentally/emotionally/financially scammed must be devastating as well as humiliating.
I know a co worker who's husband is a Scientologist she's not but she doesn't drag him down for it he kinda does his own thing but he is a Scientologist because he likes the basic beliefs of it and goals of it he hasn't payed a cent to the church because he knows exactly whats in store for him he refuses to Believe the later stages of scientology but I can see why others like it.. when u read the basic stuff in scientology it actually does make sense it's when u start moving up the latter is when it starts to be like ................. Ummmmmmm NAHHHHH
That’s why high profile people like Tom Cruise and John Travolta can’t ever leave. It would be the same as saying, yes I’m a total imbecile and sucker. Thumbs up to the courageousness of Leah Remini. At least she kinda had no choice, because her parents were in the cult and was indoctrinated by the very people the she was supposed to trust as a child.
Radvan Shakh, your so edgy! You have to realize, some people don't agree with you. I know you mommy said you were always right but she only said that because she loves you a whole lot.
Let me help you out. Its *You're so edgy - contraction of you are While I agree that my mommy loves me so much, I don't agree that she says I'm always right. I just find it hilarious that someone who follows one religion can see the absurdity in another religion but not theirs. It's like the KKK telling Nazi's that they're being racist.
It sounds like a sci-fi movie when presented as one. It's actually quite sensible, more so than many other religions or phillosphie's you encounter in life.
@@sassmos I watched a squirrel org video a few days ago, that is an off shoot org, and an interesting point was made, that since Hubbard died Sceintology hit a dead end, so instead of higher levels introducing newer stages, they simply repeat what has already been covered. Add that to the fact that Sceintologists believe the outside world to be insane and you do have a cult rather than a church.
Lol. Is it secret gay cult for ppl who are closeted..in context here I mean??? Just wondering....I know it has nothing to do with science. And a lot to do with money. Have friend ....was hounded...big ! No joy....person too sensible. Each to their own I would always think but ppl...vulnerable ppl seem to be badly affected! Is that a crime?
My mom went out with a guy once..she told me "yea he's into scientology?..what's that?" Me- "Something you don't want to get involved with."..glad to say she never went back out with him.
I'm surprised that he was even allowed to date a "wog" (a non-Scientologist). And it's a good thing she left him alone, because he'd would have tried to recruit her into Scientology, as it would have been his duty. Your mother dodged a bullet, thank goodness.
I worked in downtown Clearwater FL where one of the main hubs are let me tell you they are everywhere but they are always so polite when they do speak to you but kinda like robots
I got involved briefly with scientology when I was 17. Once I did some research online I distanced myself. 4 years later I had moved down south and as a laugh I signed up online to be an ordained minister. A week later I get a letter from The Church of Scientology saying "we see you are an ordained minister now". I wrote them a nasty cease and desist letter. 12 years later out of the blue and having moved several times I start getting their monthly newsletter. If you become involved with that cult at any time, they will stalk you till the day you die.
@@spamsingles5948 I studied Scn for 2 years before stepping foot in an org, I had access to much of the basic and advanced stuff including the bits about xenu., but because I knew the basic stuff well I knew there was more to xenu than meets the eye. Listen to ex members and you'll find that many of them have not read or understood Dianetics that started the religion. Second generation sceintologists especially. If you understand that fully you'll understand it all. Non Scientologists think members are crazy but members think that non members are crazy. And scientology has built a world that does not tollerate the crazy world quirks. It believfes it has the answers to all the worlds criminality, insanity and wars but that even those at the top of society engage in these. Our presidents are criminals! The 'wog' world is geared up to keep good people down while letting crazy people run the world. That's why members think they can save it but need to protect it heavily from those who would seek to destroy it. I don't like the church but love the prinicples and tech and it's not at all crazy as it would appear from a limited understanding, but in fact makes more sense than anything on this planet.
I think now people know more about it but I'd think they trick unassuming people easily. Most people give the world the benefit of the doubt and don't go through life super hypervigilant that there are organized people who's minds are warped into controlling YOUR mind.
@Kesha Kennon I'd rather not see advantage taken of anybody. I've tried to steer people away from cults. It's usually beyond my ability. I'll be right there to help some one wanting out. But, they have to finally realize they've been had. Then, there are the people who were recruited as sheep but aspire to join the ranks of wolves. The auditors, spies, intimidators, guards. I think their desire to hold power over others is what motivates them. I also think that there is some fundamental lack in the minds of people caught up in cults. So, I guess that I don't hold with the idea that all lives are equally valid.
I honestly had questions about Scientology, but I never had the time to do some research about it. I'm pretty sure I'll learn all I need to know by watching this.
@teens break whenever anyone speaks badly of Scientology on a public platform those people are many times shut up due to harassment, lawsuits, having their reputation ruined and some have even gone missing.
The Church of Scientology is not a cult, the Sea Org within the Church absolutely is. The thing is, people within just the Church are just regular people who pay for books and courses. When you get to the Sea Org that’s really what Matt is talking about, but the majority of members are not a part of this
Sees the video. Me: "I wonder who long it will take to get to a Tom Cruise Joke" Clicks on it. Matthew: "You thought jumping on couches were bad" Me: "Well, that was fast and predictable ... "
I was in Tampa, FL at 12am where they have a Church or Scientology. Me and my friend were curious so we opened the gate and walked up through the courtyard to the front windows just to check it out. As soon as we got close to the building, two men walked out and asked us what we wanted. We were so freaked out that they came out so quick and were there at midnight, we turned around and left immediately!!
Ybor city has it's share of crime on weekend nights. if you walked into anyone's private courtyard in Ybor at midnight you can expect the owners to be curious about your visit. Did you ever try visiting the church when it was open? they could give you a tour
I have a friend who is a sociologist. She was cut off from her family and have regulated minimum contact with her mother even in mail form. Shes very smart and i doubt she believes in all the bs of it, but she wont say anything bad about her time in the church for the few years she was in it.
dude pretty sure that is a story or something because you do not get cut off from your family. my parents are scientologists and they have never been taken away
I figure if what Matthew said about their policy on opponents to the faith is true, they would make numerous comments slandering him and then upvote them immensely. It wouldn't be a smart move, but it sounds like something they would do.
Michael Foster aw no no no no ... dang it. I love tom cruise, the actor version, not the waco, psycho version. What if i watch it after it hits cable? Would that be ok?
@Jane Marsee Although I believe the earth is round, someone showed me a documentary of over 100 different reasons why the Earth could be flat. Some were with out question very strange and conflict the reality of the Earth being round. To make things even weirder, scientists all around the world for centuries have never had any explanation or simply don't respond to the most severely conflicting studies that were done that simply wouldn't happen if the Earth was round. Pretty interesting stuff actually. I for one think we should all trust the govt and take their word for the earth being round because we have all been to space before, special effects don't exist and the govt never hides anything or lies to their people, ever. But Scientology on the other hand is pretty far fetched with no proof of realism or has a leg to stand on when logical questions come up. *Here is an honerable mention of FACT not mentioned in the video:* Before Scientology existed as a 'religion' he quoted, "Writing for a penny a word is ridiculous. If a man wants to make a million dollars, the the best way would be to start his own religion." - L Ron Hubbard
His palms are spaghetti, knees spaghetti. He's getting spaghetti on his spaghetti already, spaghetti's spaghetti, he's nervous. He's getting ready to drop meatballs.
M B Too many cults get away with calling themselves religions. It makes me so angry that the government just like takes their word on it and even though we have several stories from ex members has not decided “Hey maybe we should Yknow do something about the thing responsible for so much suffering and literal deaths.” Scientology is definitely on this list and high too.
Cult- People believe in things While cult leaders exploit there fate Religion- People believe in things While religion leaders exploit there fate But with few more extra steps.
Gargoyle Named Lexington I was going to call it drakengardology or Nierology but not a lot of people know what Nier is so I just ended up with something that lots of people know
Mr. Clean ..how about a religion called Cierra, with all worshipping me Lol I'd offer special brownies at my church communion worships instead of lil wafers
There's a Sciencetology church down the block from my house and everytime I pass it, chills go down my spine knowing what happens behind closed doors. Btw, this church location is huge, bigger than like 90% of the churches in my city. Our population is about 20,000-30,000. Oh and we have like 3 Satanist churches as well. It's absolutely lovely during Halloween
Im going to give you all a true story about when my and my best friends went into a church of scientology in NY: We were 14 at the time, and were curious to see what all the fuss was about. We entered the building, and 10 people behind a counter turned and looked at us with giant smiles. The place looked like a school library, and had a lot of wood paneling. They asked if we were members, and we said we were just curious about the religion. They all came over to us at once and started talking happily, and then led us over to a tv screen, made us sit down, and played a vhs recording. It had super bad effects, like one you would see in an old commercial. It kept talking about this being the last salvation if we wanted to get to the 'next realm'. We got freaked out, thinking it would be a brainwashing video so I faked that I had to make a phone call so we could escape. The people looked shook, and glared as we scuttled out the door. We looked behind us, and all 10 of them were in the glass doorway. They just stared with blank faces as we hurried down the street.
This sounds like my nightmares. The next time I see one of those Scientology joints, I'm going to try my best and get the hell out! Scientology is all fun and games to laugh at until you get in some contact with them! Remember: Curiosity Killed the Cat!
Midna Knight He's talking about an other person. Please read the comment before you say something. It's very obvious that he is having an argument with the guy that said brainwashing isn't real.
My mom used to read his fiction & told me he once said that the best way to get rich was to start a religion. He also offered Scientology to the American Psychiatric Society. When they, basically, laughed in his face he started saying that psychiatrists were full of crap & that Scientology was the only way to free yourself from mental problems. A kid who's mom brought her son into Scientology to help him with his schizophrenia was stabbed to death by him. He had been arrested for, basically, bizarre behavior & sent to a mental health facility where he was brought back to reality & balanced out. The higher ups in Scientology forced her to take him off of his medication & on to a steady diet of vitamins. He killed her (I'm almost certain) about 2 weeks later. Sad but true. 😞 Scientologists prey on people who really want to help mankind & then drain their bank accounts. So messed up...
It's sad that people can accept any form of lying or bullying by a religion that was supposed to make every aspect of life better. When someone can overlook these obvious signs that's when their life is truly over...
Kassandra Lynne Rose Sullinger I was in the middle of watching it! Very heartbreaking. Especially like the story of the woman who did Love and Hip Hop.
MistressPixie33 what do you mean? there are tons of black Christians. jokes aside, there was a cult of black supremacists who murdered people. don't remember the group name, last podcast on the left covers it, pretty interesting.
President: You see, Stan, there is a reason for people feeling sad and depressed. [leans in] An alien reason. It all began 75 million years ago. Back then there was a galactinc federation of planets which was ruled over by the evil Lord Xenu. Xenu: Ho ho ho ho ho ho. President: Xenu thought his galaxy was overpopulated, [Xenu gives his orders] and so he rounded up countless aliens from all different planets, [the roundup is shown] and then had those aliens frozen. [one by one, the aliens are frozen] Xenu: [laughing over his plan] Wa ha ha ha! President: The frozen alien bodies were loaded onto Xenu's galactic cruisers, which looked like DC-8s, except with rocket engines. The cruisers then took the frozen alien bodies to our planet, to Earth, and dumped them into the volcanoes of Hawaii. [a shot of the frozen aliens encased in ice being dropped from the orange cruisers] The aliens were no longer frozen, they were dead. The souls of those aliens, however, lived on, and all floated up towards the sky. But the evil Lord Xenu had prepared for this. Xenu: Wa ha ha ha! President: Xenu didn't want their souls to return! And so he built giant soul-catchers in the sky! [the soul-catchers are shown] The souls were taken to a huge soul brain-washing facility, which Xenu had ALSO built on Earth. [the souls are watching a movie screen with 3D glasses] There the souls were forced to watch days of brainwashing material [Egyptian gods, Jesus carrying the Cross, and a bronze Buddha statue are shown] which tricked them into believing a false reality. Xenu then released the alien souls, which roamed the earth aimlessly in a fog of confusion. At the dawn of man, the souls finally found bodies which they can grab onto. They attached themselves to all mankind, which still to this day causes all our fears, our confusions, and our problems.
Alexandrite SU it not obvious to you? I mean have you play the side missions micheal becomes a Scientologist, gives them money moves up in their ranks and steals their money.
I remember when I was a teenager and I stumbled across the Scientology religion and was like "oh cool, is this a religion that is based more on science?" Then I read more into it and was terribly disappointed, lol.
ishdeep grewal Mary Sue is a term used to describe characters with no flaws (usually in fan fictions) a popular example being Kirito from the anime sao
I was once part of the Neko Croissant cult. It got shut down in 2003 but was active from 1953-2003. It was a Japanese cult that worshipped a giant white cat head named "lord croissant of the neko empire" and claimed that the cats we know today are secretly our masters so the clan was encouraged to promote them as much as possible. Many famous Japanese animators, artist, politicians, and soldiers were part of it. They made us watch many anime shows and films that constantly featured cat related things such as Tskukuyomi moon phase, sailor moon, flcl, ETC. They had a policy that said that if the government ever sends in armed forces to dismantle our establishment, the 10 highest ranking leaders of the cult would fight the police head on with katanas and rifles while the 10 next high ranking members would help everyone else commit Seppuku while they did it themselves. but that was the only harsh thing the cult had compared to the scientologist, Jesus Christ XD. EDIT: I'm sure you'd like to know how the cult got shut down, well as you expected it's like i said before, the Japanese government sent in the self defense force (the country's national armed forces) and made mass arrest. My legal guardian didn't think it was right for children to get stabbed in the chest or decapitated so he, me, and some others escaped. Some more info on the cult's beliefs: the cult also believed that lord croissant was in another universe and would one day return and give his believers many freedoms and prosperity. If anyone were to try and leave, well the head council (the cult leaders) would put a vote on what to do. They would do one of three things: Wish them good luck on the outside world and provide them with a white cat. prison them and basically "change their decisions". Or in some cases kill them (which thankfully wasn't the most common choice). And anyone could've pretty much joined, I'm not Japanese but they did recruit foreigners (although there were very few of them). Plus I grew up in the cult, it was my parents who joined. Now what do I think of the cult? I personally see it now as messed up, but at the time I didn't know anything else outside of it and was only allowed to go to a town or city on special holidays. But I'm happy that the cult got shut down and ever since I converted to christianity, I've felt much happier XD. The cult started out with about 230 founding members in 1953 but during it's height from 1993-2003, it had an estimate of over 50,000 member nation wide. The cult founder Sajiro Masanurei was a former imperial soldier and politician. After the country's defeat in world war two, he aimed to help Japan prosper again by heavily investing into the agriculture and food industry, he owned many farms and gained massive profit from either selling the farms to big companies or selling the fruits and vegetables he grew on them. He soon became very wealthy and when he returned to his town in Gifu prefecture, he gathered his closest friends, family, and any "volunteers" to join him in his new home on an island off the coast of Tottori prefecture. Over time the cult would gain thousands of more members and thus required more bases or "cat colonies" as they were called. Even in Tokyo and Osaka there were hideouts but the one I lived in was the second biggest in the central part of Yamanashi prefecture. There was a population of at least 10,000 if I recall correctly, while the largest was a hideout in Aomori with a population of 25,000. I didn't get to go outside the town very often (because they told me making contact with outsiders wasn't allowed until i was 17 with few exceptions. Although Japan has very strict and tough gun laws our cult still managed to gain access to many illegal fire arms since we often had members who were in the army, they could easily smuggle weapons to us and did a good job going undetected. During the 1980s, this was a time when Japan began to see a fairly large influx of foreign expat and contract workers (mainly coming from the united states) and took the chance to recruit some foreigners.I don't really know the story of my parents but somewhere along the line in 1993, I became their newest member as a toddler I guess. It was for 10 years i was trained in the ways of the cult, I honestly thought it was one of the greatest things that I ever experienced. I was taught how to cook for myself, how to fight, how to make important economic decisions, got to play with cats and watch anime propaganda featuring cats, and so on. The cult's main policies were to follow your dreams, as free thought and choice was a gift from lord croissant according to them. Other policies were to work hard not just for yourself but for your society as a whole, to be a free thinking person as long as it doesn't interfere with the rules of lord croissant. The cult had hoped to one-day recreate the Japanese empire and unite all of Asia under the neko empire. The only times I ever got to go outside the cult town was to either go to one of the other cult towns or go to a regular city for a special ceremony like a festival, wedding, or holiday like Christmas or new years. What got the military after the cult was a series of events from 1987-1999. From that point the cult would secretly cause a series of mass homicides, attacks, and working with branches of the Yakuza and other allied cults. Our cult was one of the main groups that helped fund the 1995 gas attack in tokyo that killed 12 and injured 4,000 more. Our cult leaders at the time were preparing for a mass uprising against the government and decided that causing some chaos would fuel their cause. However the majority of the head cult council were replaced by the secondary council (the back up and 2nd most powerful members of the cult). However although the new council stopped the attacks, the government was still on a man hunt for us. In 1999 one of our branches had opened fire at a local police station in Kyoto, but they followed one of the attackers to their hideout and made a full crack down on them. Then in 2000 our cult decided it was time to act, we needed to be strong enough to storm the government and overtake them before they crushed our momentum. From 2000-2003 we had prepared a period for war like what the imperial army did when they prepared to invade Manchuria in 1931. Thankfully by 2003 my hideout was instantly invaded and had our defenses broken. There was a large shoot out that resulted in the deaths of 72 of our members and 56 soldiers. However the rest of us were supposed to commit a mass suicide (and many did) but at least half of us evacuated instead and would regroup somewhere else. My legal guardian and I would move to Tokyo and live there for 7 wonderful years before I would move to the united states in 2011. I eventually went to my dad's state of Arkansas where I currently live today! I actually like it here because it reminds a lot of the farm life I had during my time in the cult, plus the people here love cats so it's like I never moved, only difference is that it's hot as hell due to the humid climate here XD. I think I'll one day move back to Tokyo just for the home feeling I get there, that and I want to make it in time for the summer olympics in 2020!
You missed how abusive Sea Org is. I mean, you touched on it, but they’ve literally worked people to death. They isolate them and imprison them if they try to escape. Some of the places they send people to are barely better than a goulag or similar political prisons where a suspicious number of prisoners “vanish”.

Another reason Katie left him was because when their daughter became sick, Tom wouldn't allow her any kind of medication (like Tylenol) to be consumed. Scientology believes only in herbs and other things grown from the earth.
+JackOfAllRAIDs Oh, crud. The Scientologists sound as deadly as the Christian Scientists - and to a certain extent, as the Jehovah's Witnesses (who forbid blood transfusions, even if their children are going to die without one).
I have read some of L. Ron Hubbard's science fiction. I thought it was terrible. And I have read Sci Fi by Frank Herbert, Issac Asimov, and others. Hubbard's Sci Fi was enough for me to view Scientology with contempt.
Ive just come from one of their Headquarters, You'd be surprised. Theyre very persistent and very good at being manipulative. They attack your mental weakpoints and make you feel guilty or uneasy. Of course im a very stubborn person and listened to my gut feeling and declined every offer politely as i could but a weak willed person would be roped into the pressure very easily.
What makes you stay in Scientology is after years of auditing (confessions through hypnosis )when you have become more and more psychotic you then can understand the pts/sp principle which is actually knowing who’s a sociopath or a psychopath and the “handling” that accompanies this teachings which is communicating with socio/psychopaths and make them do your favors, and in general manipulate empaths in order to make money. Thats a secret truth that most of the people don’t know about Scientology
RavenTheGoddess absolutely spot on. Isn't it insane that we have all this potential and we're just wasting it squabbling on which deranged nomadic tribe from thousands of years ago had the best fairytales?
+RavenTheGoddess That's funny, that you're comparing Scientology to Christianity. They are so far different there's hardly any similarity one can make.
for some reason people think they are ignorant but you are ignorant the church is basicly a way to understand our own thought processes and other peoples as well

Would't surprise me if Mathew went missing after this.

Connor notyerbidness contact the police
Connor notyerbidness, i guess that would be hard.. You don't know if one of the police is a scientologist. :/
You're a scientologist
Connor notyerbidness
I heard this story many times.
Connor notyerbidness .. lol that explains Tom Cruise's wierrrdness.
Im all for freedom of religion but when your hurting and harassing people as well as using blackmail and brainwashing techniques on people, i feel like there is a problem
Most mainstream religions are built on a foundation of oppression and suffering, that's why there are anti-theists that so vehemently oppose all religion
Not really, TriBe Crucial...
Hendrix Mane it sure the fuck is a cult a creepy ass one
agreed. scientology sucks
Hendrix Mane that's when its called a cult...
And this was the last we ever saw of Matthew Santoro.
why??
Demi D because scientology is rumored to make people who bad talk em "disappear"
Dan Klimenko Because The "Church" of Scientology don't want you to know this information.
pergproductions illuminate confirmed
I was totally thinking that too. Be careful Matthew Santoro.
Scientology: the pay as you go 'religion.'
Imagine hearing about Xenu having spent years of your life/vast amounts of money to learn that utterly absurd piece of information.
Yeah that makes perfect fucking sense. Follow a religion that was created by a Science Fiction writer. Real fucking smart.

You have to realize, some people don't agree with you.
I know you mommy said you were always right but she only said that because she loves you a whole lot.
Let me help you out.
Its *You're so edgy - contraction of you are
While I agree that my mommy loves me so much, I don't agree that she says I'm always right. I just find it hilarious that someone who follows one religion can see the absurdity in another religion but not theirs. It's like the KKK telling Nazi's that they're being racist.
lots of people follow religions made by a bunch of goat herders more than 2000 years ago.
This religion sounds like a movie plot from the DC universe...
I know the DC universe is doing bad, but its not this bad
This is more like the catwoman movie
It not a religion
It sounds like a sci-fi movie when presented as one. It's actually quite sensible, more so than many other religions or phillosphie's you encounter in life.
Can you say it is a religion at this point? This has become more of a cult than a religion
Charles Manson took 125 classes in scientology but felt it was too crazy. He was their most famous student, however.
Yeah, it says a lot when Charles Manson says that something was too crazy.....
I think Manson may have been the galactic Lord Xenu!!!

Me- "Something you don't want to get involved with."..glad to say she never went back out with him.
I'm surprised that he was even allowed to date a "wog" (a non-Scientologist). And it's a good thing she left him alone, because he'd would have tried to recruit her into Scientology, as it would have been his duty. Your mother dodged a bullet, thank goodness.

What I don't get, why do you have to sign the billion year contract. As a younger member, couldn't you just say "I signed in a prior life"?
ahahah good point!
Haha true
If they sign on for every lifetime their commitment would never end. Never.
The most logical comment I've ever heard (read) about anything Scientology related. You are certainly a SP.
This should be the top comment
I worked in downtown Clearwater FL where one of the main hubs are let me tell you they are everywhere but they are always so polite when they do speak to you but kinda like robots

And they all wear the exact same outfit and look like sims walking around downtown
How could people follow a religion founded by the guy who wrote Battle field Earth...lol
Chad Porter same way people follow Jesus by written multiple people who hear voices in their heads.
people said / jesus said love your neighbor. L Ron said Lets make some slaves and some cash. I like the Jesus thing better.
Some people believe a 2000 year old book written by multiple people with schizophrenia or those people just made it up.
I know right. that right there should've been a sign.
BQNG scientists literally agree that Jesus existed, please do your research
Hey, what if L. Ron Hubbard didn't actually believe any of this, and was actually just one of history's greatest con men?
Vax probably is true
He did say "The easiest way to get rich is to start a religion."
Maximilian Reeves that’s exactly right. He once said the best way to make money was to start a religion
Obviously, he was just making shit up why else would he be in hiding until he died.
that's usually what cults are about
I got involved briefly with scientology when I was 17.
What’s crazy is people like Tom Cruise and John Travolta actually believe this BS
The leader kind of looks like Tom cruise you know... maybe they're related or something 🤷
Or maybe they like crazy people thinking they are kings or Gods. They already think Tom is single handed healing the earth. Crazy F**ks
No, TC and JT do NOT believeTHIS b/s.
@@catman4471 Then why are the members of the church?
It *baffles* me that even with this hard documented evidence, people still fall for it. You gotta worry for them.
Nah, to hell with them, worry about us.
@Kesha Kennon Children born in that insanity deserve sympathy and help getting out.
Just like the maga morons.

As soon as we got close to the building, two men walked out and asked us what we wanted. We were so freaked out that they came out so quick and were there at midnight, we turned around and left immediately!!

Michael Foster I refuse to see his pictures for that reason
I think the most amazing thing is that anyone believes the garbage.
Let me introduce you to the Flat Earth Society.
*Here is an honerable mention of FACT not mentioned in the video:*
Before Scientology existed as a 'religion' he quoted,
"Writing for a penny a word is ridiculous. If a man wants to make a million dollars, the the best way would be to start his own religion." - L Ron Hubbard

Too many cults get away with calling themselves religions. It makes me so angry that the government just like takes their word on it and even though we have several stories from ex members has not decided “Hey maybe we should Yknow do something about the thing responsible for so much suffering and literal deaths.” Scientology is definitely on this list and high too.

Where are you from
Im going to give you all a true story about when my and my best friends went into a church of scientology in NY:
We were 14 at the time, and were curious to see what all the fuss was about.
OfShadowsHidden well, damn.
im glad you survived

[one by one, the aliens are frozen]
Xenu: [laughing over his plan] Wa ha ha ha!

Isn't it ironic that a pulp fiction sci-fi author had a wife called Mary Sue?
Tilda Adade I saw what you did there
Tilda Adade hi I don't get it
Hahahaha love it 😂
ishdeep grewal Mary Sue is a term used to describe characters with no flaws (usually in fan fictions) a popular example being Kirito from the anime sao
I suppose she could have been named Rey instead.
I've seen some shit to say the least.
Brandon Jinjiyoshi Tilley if this is real, that's fucked up
Brandon Jinjiyoshi Tilley presumably in the litter boxes?
Brandon Jinjiyoshi Tilley you got to much time damn get a life
Sweet Jesus.
Hubbard was not even a good science fiction author.
You missed how abusive Sea Org is. I mean, you touched on it, but they’ve literally worked people to death. They isolate them and imprison them if they try to escape. Some of the places they send people to are barely better than a goulag or similar political prisons where a suspicious number of prisoners “vanish”.

Damn no wonder Katie Holmes filed a divorce with Tom Cruise ! 😮
And got her kids the heck out of there.
Hey Pete I heard flash lost his legs fighting some kinda war overseas.... Doesn't make what he did to u right, just thought I'd let u know... All the man wanted to do is be a hero like Spidey... *Sigh* How's Mj I heard u two got married, This true?
Another reason Katie left him was because when their daughter became sick, Tom wouldn't allow her any kind of medication (like Tylenol) to be consumed. Scientology believes only in herbs and other things grown from the earth.
+JackOfAllRAIDs Oh, crud. The Scientologists sound as deadly as the Christian Scientists - and to a certain extent, as the Jehovah's Witnesses (who forbid blood transfusions, even if their children are going to die without one).
WWZenaDo all religions are a curse
Crazy people. Ridiculous beliefs. It's sad.
your sad dude
I mean some of the things in the bible are just as if not more ridiculous
Caitlyn
Still have many interesting things. Scientology is pure crookery. A product of a second-rate Sci-fi writer's imagination.
Bodacious Geeball you're*
Whats sad about the galactic overlord? 😂😂

South park take on scientology is spot on amazing
I have read some of L. Ron Hubbard's science fiction. I thought it was terrible. And I have read Sci Fi by Frank Herbert, Issac Asimov, and others. Hubbard's Sci Fi was enough for me to view Scientology with contempt.
I can totally see Scientologists getting pissed off about this video
😂😂😂😂
Did he really just pronounce Leah remini's name like that 😂
He did. Yes, he did.
So Fetch Don't forget "thetan" spoken like theatan
Reh meh nee
Laya rameanie😂
L. Ran Hoobeard would have approved.
I can't understand, truly, how do people fall for this?
Valerie Foster they fall for it because they want to believe so desperately what Scientology has to offer them.
Alaura Alcero they fall for it just like any religion. Lies.
Have you popped a tab of acid before ? Lol
It's now 2019.......have you been sued yet or followed by P.I.'s yet?
I hope more people get out and get their lives back together, I really do.
So fucked up.
Doc ikr they're the SJWs before SJWs
Jedism seems like a much better "religion."
DragonInferno99 Ω yep
I'm with ya, DragonInferno99...
*Loads my DC-15 Blaster*
Underswap Sans "what's your religion"
"I am a Jedi, like my father before me."
Chelsea FC I'm a Christian.
i am prefer the church of the flying spaghetti monster myself
Don't call the place that scientologists gather a church that's not what it is at all trust me I've been in one.
May the force be with you!
This goes to show that there is a sucker at every corner.
"Oh, it cant be that terrible, right? Just another crazy religion."
.... yeah lol...
The iconic South Park episode exposing the Xenu doctrine and secret beliefs is one of the most remarkable things ever put on TV.
lol I got an ad about Scientology after the video
Coincident? I think not.
#1 fact: some people actually fall for this shit!
Kind of like how people fall for Christianity
RavenTheGoddess absolutely spot on. Isn't it insane that we have all this potential and we're just wasting it squabbling on which deranged nomadic tribe from thousands of years ago had the best fairytales?
R S smack on.
+RavenTheGoddess That's funny, that you're comparing Scientology to Christianity. They are so far different there's hardly any similarity one can make.
for some reason people think they are ignorant but you are ignorant the church is basicly a way to understand our own thought processes and other peoples as well
disconnection is the best option or be shunned by your peers?
sounds like a cult
These people got a kiosk at the mall in my hometown and they’re always so creepy! It got so the point where I would go out if my way to find routes to go around it without walking past and I’m certain that they’ve got hidden cameras on the kiosk. If I didn’t avoid them at all costs before I do now
