This little tutorial is to show you some tips and tricks for how to navigate your eye shape. Remember, it always depends on a specific eye shape BUT hopefully this video will help you think outside the box 💜

Omg I have deep set eyes and super low brows, and the pop of shimmer is my favorite thing to do, really opens up the eye, esp if focused very close to the lashes

I have almond eyes and this is more or less like my shadow routine, but winged liner is something I always struggle with. The bat wing is an amazing tip. I can't wait to try it out! 😍
Years ago NikkiTutorials showed me the tip of doing my eyeshadow higher.(forget the exact video) It might look crazy at first but when you add your eyeliner,your eyeshadow won't disapear.
As someone who does this exact kind of really long wing, this was really helpful
I love this! I've been doing a very similar look lately after watching Crystal Lindy's everyday eye makeup video and adapting it to be more like this. One of my favorite things to do is put some white pencil liner on the inner corners of my eyes and tap it so that it's nice and soft, then I'll take my favorite iridescent highlight and dab it on the inner corners and the inner half of my lids. I kind of like how doing this brings the shimmer down into my eyebags giving me a very soft version of the "crying" look. And it makes my small hooded eyes look so big, bright, and foxy!
I really appreciate the tip about starting with the upper part of wing first! I have always done the lower part first and I always mess up.

Great ideas! I am recently finding I just can't get a straight line regardless with wrinkles around my eyes now. I like the chubby pencil. So far those also just settle into and accentuate folds in the skin.

Omg I'm so going to try this. For some reason my eyes have become a bit hooded as I get older and my eyeliner just isn't sitting the same the way I used to do it. This seems so simple, too. I usually start my wing the other way, from the bottom with a line. It totally makes sense to try starting it from the top of the wing. Thanks for the tip, excited to give this a go!

Lately I haven't been into a lot of makeup and colorful eyeshadow like before. So I was trying those natural and minimal makeup looks, and I like my face makeup, but my eyeshadow always made me look sicklish, or just kinda looked off. Idk why I forgot I should elongate instead of following those rounded makeup looks.
Now I did my makeup like yours and I'm finally loving how I look again.

I'm definitely going to try this. I never look right in eyeliner and wings are out of the question. I've learned to just tightline and then lower waterline, but I can see how this may work for my eye shape too.

I only watch one other beauty influencer who helps with color and I would love to see color from you. I'm pretty good with make up and I pick up my palettes with color and I'm like duh cause I dk where to begin and what colors go together but I guess you can use all kinds of colors but I would really love to see you do that. Great demo. I have hooded eyes with like 3 creases that go down past than my lower lash line so i just can't get a winged eyeliner to look right, but this has inspired me to try again.

I have big almond shaped eyes but they are down turned on outer edge so I seriously struggle with making liner lifted evenly. Definitely will try this technique with laying down the shadow shape first 💗

I have slightly down turned, almonded shaped eyes with hooded lids, low brows, and a stepped crease. I LOVE eyeshadow but as I've gotten older they've all just gotten more pronounced and I for the past couple years haven't been wearing it a lot. I'm excited to try this out and see how I can make your tips work for me.

That eye crayon reminded me how hard it is to find a warm brown sometimes. Even brow pens. A lot of them have a green cast-especially ink ones, that mix with my foundation and make me look like I put spinach up there. Halp plz.

Outer corner makeup has made my eyes look so much bigger and given me a space that I can have fun with! As long as I don't put any pale shimmers above my lid, I can do all kinds of fun stuff. My face shape and glasses dim my makeup, so I'm using the opportunity to incorporate bold colors that normally are not considered professional.

I’m one of the ones that has brows almost down to my crease. You can sort of see in my pic… I really need to get them professionally shaped and tinted (they’re blonde) ..really hate brows but will try this technique.
