No one is considering talking about David fincher 😢
Next Martin or nolan❤
Yes Fincher pls

When Hateful Eight released, Quentin managed to get 150 theatres worldwide to run roadshow type movies. With overture and all. They gave memorabilia from the movies and all. It was like a celebration. It is an old movie release method. He brought that experience back.
none of those theaters in India lol
i dont know why i keep coming back to this video after re-watching any Quinten Tarantino movie
Missed to mention QT's classic cigarettes brand "Red Apples" which TK also recently tried in Modern Love.. And also the bar conversation scene in Inglorious bastards was a great inspiration for vetrimaaran to stage Vadachennai Rajan killing sequence.. And yet another remarkable aspect of QT's storytelling is unpredictability.. You damn sure can't guess where or how the current scene will take turn.. These are just add ons to the podcast.. And thank you guys for the wonderful podcast👏🏻
❤️❤️❤️
vetrimatan rajan killing was inspired by shakespeare drama
@@vaithish0739 Sure.. But my point was that the screenplay of the Rajan killing sequence and the inglorious basterds bar sequence are more similar😊..
My favorite will always be DEATHPROOF ❤️
The mighty modern pulp film made on Film.
O-Ren Ishii's BGM is next level. All his BGMs are also next level.
Maybe Next time Talk about David Fincher or Martin Scorcese , i am Really Enjoying This Directors Talk its So entertaining
Guys Im reallly excited for this kind of podcast keep talking abot directors cinemas and also books
I like all of his films. Especially the novel like dramas, dialogues, single take shots, the food integration in scenes. Most fav Pulp Fiction, Django Unchained, Kill Bill, Inglorious Basterds and Reservoir dogs.
The dialogues.
"I count six bullets nigga, I count two guns, I like the way you die boy"
"Furious Vengeance"
Music, editing and dialogues are the uniques of tarantino

I remember watching kill bill so many times in Star Movies, HBO. I liked it even when I didn't understand the technical and artistic aspect of the movie.
Star movies la Cut panni telecast pannangala illa un cut versionah telecast pannangala
My thoughts difference between copying and inspiration is meaning that the scene contains. For example the scene you discussed in django unchained. The blood splitting on cotton for those who saw that original film it's an imitation but now it's also contains the meaning of Black's blood on americas
Worth aana podcast thala... We want more of tis,

Great job you are all doing
Need to upgrade our generation for the fantasy of story telling
Here people are binding with fake promotion videos as a cinima .
Most of the directors and heros spoiled our industry
Really need all this discussion to spread

Ayya romba naala wait pannitu erunthan.....svk kuda podala....nanrigal..
Never forget David Fincher...
there is a delibrate connection between his movies. The coffin where beatrix kiddo is dumped in kill bill 2 is the tomb of "Paula schultz" who might be the wife of Dr. KING SCHULTZ - The dentist, bounty hunter from Django Unchained
Source for Lokesh kanagaraj, Nelson, Karthik subaraj.
