Catalina First Mate Cruise

Southern California sailors will recognize everything here--the light morning southerly clocking to Force 4 and the romp across San Pedro Channel, the deep emerald of Fourth of July Cove, the moorings strung with deepwater yachts, the cookouts and beer, and the fog that burns away in the October sun for the gentle reach home. I made this passage nearly every weekend May through October on my S&S Yankee Dolphin 24 out of San Pedro. Good times that I miss daily living in the desert now.

I love the Ericsons and the African Mahogany has held up better than teak . Core in decks are mostly sound with very little water penetration along with the Bruce King Racer Cruiser Design.
