- Dave has stolen Tom's Orc army for a game, throwing down the gauntlet to Will and the World Eaters for a mega melee marathon. Gazgull vs Angron, Stompa vs Lord of Skulls, Boyz vs Berzerkers. Carnage, Chaos, Destructions. We love it!
Effectively we're entering a game of angry chicken, with charges and combat all over the shop in this 40k battle report, there's some stupid moments and some salty reactions to the nonsense, so make sure to watch through, it's ridiculous.
N.B - Yes, sadly Dave forgot sustained for a lot of this game, it doesn't make a huge difference but will definitely keep in mind for next game. Chuck us some thoughts in the comments or help Dave if he made a blunder with any of the rules. A huge amount of fun, competitive perhaps not, but fun - definitely.

Hey! Great battle report but possibly a big issue with Blood Surge from one of the Berzerker squads around the 40:00 mark. Blood surge activates after all the enemy models attacks have finished and only applies if the Berzerkers are still alive. From my understanding, the MoE should not have been able to benefit from the surge since all the Berzerkers were dead before the shooting from the Stompa was completed. Sorry to nitpick, it’s just that blood surge can be tricky. If I’m wrong though please let me know as that would mean I’m playing my guys wrong haha
Edit: Also realized afterwards the MoE was given his charge bonus, at least for the strength. Blood Surges into combat do not count for charge bonus.

The world eaters had the perfect position and set up to win, but you sir properly botched it.
This is why they don’t let me play world eaters more 😂
The main threat was the stompa once it was gone most of the ork army would have crumbled. You should have stick to leathal hits to Ignore it’s toughness and get wounds through and make it so your berserkers can wear it down once you flubed the lord of skulls, or if all else why did you not CP Reroll one of the 5++ on the lord to save it.
For sure, it was such a points sink on both sides that once that piece went the rest of the army would be in a lot of trouble. Lethal's would have been a good shout with a big bunch of berserkers and ignore the boys until all the other pieces were gone! Next time, definitely a rematch is needed.

L, how do you miss that he warned you “ Hey I can interrupt. So chose wisely.” And ignore the Stompa in favor of attacking with Angora. You mad misplayed and deserved to lose your lord of skulls.
