I clicked on the link and tried to sign up using my google account but nothing happens. Guessing the offer is no longer valid. Anyways thanks for the video.
When you said this was going to be like a Masterclass you weren’t kidding. That was intense. I’ve never shot a documentary, but I have been falling in love with the concept. I see now this is going to be a lot tougher than I thought, but that is also what makes it a venture worth while. This has drastically changed how I view this genre of film making.
Thank you so much for your support. I was the editor for IRMA’s wake and it was a privilege for our project to be featured in this video. We hope you like it!
Mark, when they said, "unfiltered" they were referencing the variable ND. lol Thanks for the breakdown and the links with additional resources on the docu-styles.
Love this. It was really interesting to hear you give insightful feedback on these documentaries. Will definitely apply that to my own work. I really look forward to the next one!
Thank you so so much @Mark Bone for speaking about Documentary shoot, I am about to embark on my 3rd documentary shoot. I get better and better each time, and this video and others on the topic have really helped me.
@@markbone Thank you. I sent you a message on your Instagram handle, do you mind if I share my documentary script with you for your input before I begin shooting.
I don't agree with your comment about the over exposure of the film, in irma' wake. I think it reflects what the people were experiencing at the time. It stay true to how it looks at that time. Sometimes you dont need filters to tell a story.

Storytelling. I think it's one of the most difficult aspects of video making and of content creation in general. It seems so simple, but in practice it's so difficult. Thanks a lot for your tips.
