- This has proven to be the most effective lucid dreaming technique in studies done within sleep labs, I DID IT WHEN I WAS 4. You'll have no issues lmao.

Nice listening to a guy who is normal and discovered lucid dreaming instead of these spiritual gurus.
lmao thanks thats the goal
so real
The LaBerge book is practically the Bible of Lucid Dreaming, recommend it to anyone who is interested in lucid dreaming
I have to agree with you completely, it is the Holy Grail of lucid dreams!
i just got it from the internet archive
I had a few times where I dream about lucid dreaming, but I don't think I ever had a 'true' lucid dream yet. I think I can feel one coming soon. Your videos are helping a lot. Thank you!
YOU'RE CLOSE. keep me updated
Have you had one yet bro
Last night I tried your MILD approach and when I went to bed, I set my intention to remember in my next dream that I was dreaming! Then I took a dream from the last few nights, I went through it and imagined that I would become lucid when I discovered dream signs (that was the location and how I got there). , both were illogical)...
Then I fell asleep and suddenly I realized...im dreaming
It's impressive that the technology worked so well and quickly, especially since I used it the first time I fell asleep!
Otherwise I use it when I wake up from a dream, thanks for the thought!
Dudee that’s so good, MILD is so efficient but you also must be really good at doing technique if you got it so quick like that 🙏 I’m glad it worked
@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER I think that my experience over the last few years has helped me a lot, but it was still a great experience ;)
In the first 2 minutes I was a bit shocked, I just thought, please don't you too ^^
But then the original technology came along, I'm very glad that you actually reproduced it correctly in the end!
Of course there are various interpretations on the internet, but the technology called MILD comes from Laberge in the 70s!
I use them too and as you have already explained, every process is highly effective!
Stay clear ;)
Lol I'm glad u think I explained properly. I made a mistake if it was created in the 70's, I must have been thinking about the "exploring the world of lucid dreaming" 1990 release date😬
@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER No, not a real mistake...
Of course I also have his book here, but in German ^^
I'm really a bit amazed at who you are my friend, most people are misled by the internet, you are absolutely solid when it comes to your techniques/explanations and it fills me with joy to follow you and watch your development.
It's a bit of a shame that lucid dreams don't have multiplayer, we would have had a lot of fun and even more to talk about in a lucid dream :)
@@meineklartraum-strategie1975 Bro I really appreciate it, that legitimately means a ton to me. That's also funny because I was thinking of making a video on why multiplayer lucid dreaming would be a bad idea lmao
@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER I'm really looking forward to your video, it's fun to listen to you :)
I told myself to wake up at 4 and it work first try I was stunned 😂
yea ur a wizard dude
@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER ikr, am I god ?🤔
I don’t believe you how it’s can work it’s bullshi
@@damenation it not😭 I thought the same
I told myself ‘I will wake up from a dream’ it worked first try
awesome bro ur mind is powerful af
What the feeling when you slowly fall into the lucid dream
Out of all your lucid dreaming techniques videos is this the one you most recommend for beginners?
yes mild is the best imo. sorry for slow reply
I will try this in about 20 minutes, if someone reminds me I can tell how it was (if it succeeded)
how was it
@@DcsMaster sleep paralysis
@@Horyzon. 🤣🤣 But u could turn thst into a lucid dream bro
@@DcsMaster how my english is not good and when close eye there was monster in my room
@@Horyzon. This guy actually talked abt it...but u can search somewhere else how to turn a sleep paralysis in a lucid dream
What skills have you practiced (if any) that you were able to use in the waking world? I think that'd be a good video idea. The person that told me about lucid dreaming said he would practice the piano in his dreams and that created muscle memory in the real world and he got better and better at the piano in the waking world without much physical practice... Have you done anything like that in you LDs?
i've not practiced any skills in the waking world on purpose through lucid dreams, the piano thing i can 100% believe though
What do you think about astral travel
i dont believe its real but am looking into it more now
Type in "CIA gateway experience" and some US intelligence agency information will pop up about experiments they were conducting on what is basically astral projection. You'd probably be really good at that shit since you've mastered lucid dreaming.
Yes the cia did lots of experimenting with astral projection to get any edge they could during the cold war although that doesn’t prove it . If they thought it was real I highly doubt they would have declassified these documents.
@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER the case of Pam Reynolds, whose experience during brain surgery has been interpreted by some as evidence for out-of-body consciousness.
In 1991, Pam Reynolds underwent a risky surgical procedure known as a "standstill" operation to remove a large aneurysm near her brain stem. During the surgery, her body temperature was lowered to induce hypothermic cardiac arrest, essentially stopping her heart and brain activity. This was done to facilitate the delicate procedure and minimize the risk of brain damage.
While under anesthesia and with her brain effectively shut down, Reynolds reported having a vivid out-of-body experience. She described floating above her body and observing the surgical team from a vantage point near the ceiling. She was able to accurately describe specific details of the surgical instruments and conversations among the medical staff.
Reynolds' account gained widespread attention and has been cited by proponents of astral travel and near-death experiences as evidence for the existence of consciousness outside the physical body. There is multiple stories that back that up
@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER they just declassified a report, they didn't de-classify any methodologies. Although, The Gateway Process, Robert Monroe's Process is available online. I think you'd be a natural.
The reason they declassified it imho, is because they had to due to the FOIA, (stuff they don't want to ever get out, they just destroy like the MKUltra files because they will be forced to release documents) and the CIA isnt scared of the populace, man, they don't believe we will do anything with the information. You should read the CIAs report on the process. The government really doesn't think much of the populace.
I didn't believe in OOBE either until I had one. My girlfriend had said she had a couple experiences but I never believed her lol You have to experience it for skepticism to be removed.
3:10 but you never recognize you're dreaming and if you did you will become instantly lucid??
you're setting an intention to remember to realize you're dreaming the next time you're dreaming..
@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER kill me i feel so dumb😭😭
@@tinyyoda11 dw ur not dumb lol. i saw u asked what to do in another comment but i think youtube deleted it.. basically you just intend to realize you're dreaming, using your last dream as a reference, like deciding to buy milk at the store tommorow.
is it okay to use an alarm
yes
How to wake up at 4h without alarm ? And it’s ok to put an alarm ?
Have you ever woken up just before your alarm? The body is kinda awesome and keeps track of time, so if you just tell yourself to wake up at some point it’ll work, I tried it once and it worked the first time. If you really need an alarm what I do instead of an alarm is setting a timer that counts down from 6 hours when I feel like I’m ready to sleep, this way even if you stay awake later than you thought resetting the timer is easy and try again
@@santiagovidal4497 i will try this but i don't think its possible
damenation you'd be surprised at how powerful your brain is. most people do wake up right before their alarm is set to go off just from this internal alarm clock, as santiago said
