I feel like the first one isn't worth it. The second and third ones were amazing though! I think it's best to order from the third one cause they really put a lot of detail and effort in. The second on was great too! I personally wouldn't pay 15$ or 25$ for those but for many it is worth it!
Same here it didn’t look like they tried but also the budget for the house ( bloxburg money ) was too small. If it was more small it would’ve made it better, the kitchen also looked bland and the dining was acceptable. I would rate it 4/10.
agreed. i know a lot of peoples argument would be that "well you can just delete the lights and get money for them". yes, but the value of those lights go down. the only way to get exactly the amount you spent on them, is by undoing the lights, in build mode, which you can do after you leave build mode. which means sadly quite a few dollars were wasted on those lights, which now wastes additional money to your client.
I feel like the 5$ one is really unprofessional and ugly. If you gonna build a house for real life money do it in a good way. 1. Why is the build so huge? 2. No detail, smh 3. Unfinished build

But u can build this if u have like 150k because the pool is making it more expensive, or if u don’t have 150k u can always build the outside. I’m not saying u should copy builds that aren’t speed builds but u can always change it up or get inspiration

In my opinion, the first house was not worth it. - Was very blunt and unappealing; there was not enough variety of colors and textures used for walls. - THE LIGHTS! They were absolutely tremendous. It looked like the builder wasted half the budget on the lights lmao- - The house looked very empty; and by that I mean - there were a lot of undecorated spaces. The walls and ceiling were also poorly decorated. - the color theme was good but it was executed poorly. No textures, almost no wall decorations, blunt and plain walls - not very good. How could these things can be fixed - - Different textures should be used for walls. Plain walls make the house look visually unappealing. Different colors should be used too, for example, if sky blue + concrete texture is used, don't use sky blue over and over again! Use other colors but not too different like seashell, or some darker blues or oyester. - Empty spaces = bad light placements! These 2 oftentimes correlate a lot. To avoid empty spaces, don't make super free spaces like connecting the living room to the kitchen and the dining room too (like it was shown in the first house). Use walls to separate each room, use carpets and place them in front of doors. Also - USE A LOT OF PLANTS!! Plants are man's best leafy friend. Also, if we separate each room with walls, use different big lights like industrial lights or a chandelier and place some small lights. This will prevent bad light placement. - Don't leave the ceiling or walls decorated! They are fellow house beings too! In fact - decorated and detailed walls and ceilings make the house even more beautiful and appealing! Decorate them with pictures, shelves, different textures, and colors. But of course, never go out of your limit! Decorate most empty walls but you should leave some empty walls for the house's sake 😉 - According to your color scheme, your interior and exterior should match too! If you're going for a pastel/soft color scheme, go with a suburban look. Going for a house filled with greys and browns? Go for a modern look. It's important to match your house with your scheme. But also, decorate and make them detailed as well! The reason I'm saying this is because of the reason why greys were used in the first house. Most things were pastel and mixing grey will not look good. Using alternatives like hurricane grey or cloudy grey will look much better. Also, the blue and grey used in the exterior don't look very good. Soft blues don't go with dark greys, but soft/medium pinks do go with dark greys! It's important to choose an appealing color scheme. I'm a good house bulder, with 2yrs of building experience. This was all I could say about the house. Hope you found this useful!

I can’t believe the first one was pretty bad but she did do good on the outside! The second one was so cool I loved it and I got inspiration from it! THE MANSION IS AWESOME!
I was surprised with 1st one, like the budged was low, buut, I thought she would build like one of those small cozy modern cottages! The 2 others were much better!
She put way more lights than necessary, 2 or 3 max per room, and max 5 in a hallway or big area outside of a room, if she didn’t put the laundry area and save space, she could’ve had more than enough money to finish coloring the wall and add more decoration, im so surprised that she has good reviews 😕

The second one I really liked the design but for 80k I think it could’ve been a little bit fuller on the first floor but the detail was on point. For the third one I’m not sure I would pay 25$ for it, but I can tell she put a lot of time and detail on the furnishing and I love design outside on the roof. This is just my opinion so please don’t take offense for this.
so i think the 1st one definitely wasnt worth it because of the interior and exterior, i feel like that house was built with 0 effort put into it and they just took advantage of the gamepasses other than actually working for it because i have seen tutorials as a beginner bloxburg builder that comes within my budget and ive seen houses worth 10-15k that are way more detailed and cozy than that and i do feel like they didnt do as requested. moving on, the 2nd house was gorgeous and really fit well with the budget they were givin, tbh the only thing i think they needed to work on is the detail. as in plants and decor, overall i really liked it but i feel like in terms of real life money it was worth the amount you paid if u just adjust the way it was built! same thing with the 3rd house i think they definitely used their budget correctly and added just the perfect amount of detail into the build! i think no corrections needed!! (btw i am saying this with nothing but honesty. I am not trying to throw shade at the builders that built these houses i am just trying to rate it and judge it from my perspective.) EDIT: btw i do feel like the 2nd home coulda been worth 10 dollars max in terms of irl money and the 3rd coulda been 15 in my opinion.
The person building the medium house is a HORRIBLE as I am a Fiverr seller as well.I think they should be nicer and stick with the amount of the persons first real life budget.

Get the ice skating ice and place on the floor If the ice skating is kinda poking out get rocks or carpets to cover it

The first choice for the medium build was SO greedy. They must not be a good builder if they don’t think 80k was good

so i think the 1st one definitely wasnt worth it because of the interior and exterior, i feel like that house was built with 0 effort put into it and they just took advantage of the gamepasses other than actually working for it because i have seen tutorials as a beginner bloxburg builder that comes within my budget and ive seen houses worth 10-15k that are way more detailed and cozy than that and i do feel like they didnt do as requested.
moving on, the 2nd house was gorgeous and really fit well with the budget they were givin, tbh the only thing i think they needed to work on is the detail. as in plants and decor, overall i really liked it but i feel like in terms of real life money it was worth the amount you paid if u just adjust the way it was built!
same thing with the 3rd house i think they definitely used their budget correctly and added just the perfect amount of detail into the build! i think no corrections needed!!
(btw i am saying this with nothing but honesty. I am not trying to throw shade at the builders that built these houses i am just trying to rate it and judge it from my perspective.)
EDIT: btw i do feel like the 2nd home coulda been worth 10 dollars max in terms of irl money and the 3rd coulda been 15 in my opinion.

The person building the medium house is a HORRIBLE as I am a Fiverr seller as well.I think they should be nicer and stick with the amount of the persons first real life budget.
Yeah. $15 is enough for a pixel house. Sure it may take a long time to build, but it’s just a pixel house that is just for a game. It definitely was annoying when they asked for her to go higher.
Especially if that’s what the description said like you can’t change it that person was kinda rude

1. Get the Advanced placement pass. (I don't know if it works without it but y'all can try)
2. Get a pool
3. Make floor over the pool
4. Get the ice skating ice and place on the floor
If the ice skating is kinda poking out get rocks or carpets to cover it
