For anyone that wants to give people roommate without them deleting their house in Bloxburg you can go into the settings in the bloxburg menu where you would like teleport to your house and in your settings you can actually scroll down to where it says roommate building privileges or something like that and you can turn it on or off that way you can give them roommate without them being able to build in your house! ( hope this helps )

Roommates cant delete stuff
I do recommend
- Instead of saying "Abc to join my daycare" or something. Just say "Come to my daycare pizza side we do pick up" or something like that so when they say abc you don't have to spend any more time talking to them. Make sure you put the price like Panda said they will expect it to be free.
-Make sure everything is prepared and ready, if you aren't sure of what to do then maybe plan some scenes in your head of what could happen. Or watch a video of what working at a daycare feels/looks like. If you change your mind hire employees and you can be the chef or something instead of deleting your build.
-Get to know the kids a little to know what you're up against if you can't handle a kid then hire an employee that may have experience.
- Set a limit to how many kids can be in your daycare, make sure you have enough employees and maybe hire a chef or take a group on a field trip. And if there's too many and the parent/parents already dropped them off and payed you and you realize there's too much don't put them all in one room.
-If the parents pay you for half a day and it ends up being the whole day give them a fee they have to pay before they can retrieve their child/children.
-If you want a little extra money make the parents pay for a field trip. If they don't pay for the field trip and employee can stay there and watch a child. Make sure it's an employee you can trust though.

Also PLEASE PLEASE make sure that the parents and the entire sever knows that if anything happens to your child in the daycare that the child's fault and you will be banned if you try to harass the daycare owner
It's honestly a tale as old as time you go prepare lunch and the kid broke a bone and runaway so the parents come call you slurs
Another tip: instead of using the cameras that go on the ceilings, use the doorbell ones. It is much cheaper and the kids won't know you are spying on them

I once built a small cozy daycare for babies, and since it was small and I only had a few babies there I was the only caregiver, it quickly turned into some type of orphanage since all the babies were orphans and they basically lived there lmao.

Another tip:make sure you give the kids just as much attention as the babies the babies might be smaller but the kids want to roleplay as well an example of giving the babies to much attention "awww Amber you are so adorable, no Diana i dont care if you are hungry" thanks

a tip for any bussiness/rp at all for hiring employees or giving your kids perms : if you are giving roomate. make sure to turn off "Roomate build" in your settings! it will prevent people from deleting your house/business

This is a tip many of you probably already know but in settings you can remove building privilege from roommates

Things you can add!
~A nurses' office! What if someone gets hurt? (this is more for RP purposes since you can't actually get hurt)
~Classes--this is where you would need a teacher, but most real daycares have classes!
~Principal's office! You could be in there, and an employee would take big kids to you who misbehave (ages 3+)
~Auditions/Interviews office--You could do this before the RP to choose who to hire! You could also do chefs!
~Yard! I know you have the small playgrounds, but you could also do an all-ages yard for everyone
~Reading room! Some of the Karens are the kind where they're like, MY CHILD NEEDS TO BE TAUGHT READING!!

for me the worst thing in daycares (it can be any rp but daycare that’s the main focus on this rant)
1.when the spam the chat with “waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa” it kinda ruins it bc they spam and it ruins for the rest of the rp in the daycare bc everyone is like focusing on the babys instead of the kids and it can just be kinda annoying
2.when they don’t tell u why there sad not even in priv or like saying like “pway” or smt i just find it rlly annoying bc u have to do all the stuff until they cry so it can waste rp time bc if they tell u then u can do the stuff in rp
3.when they barely chat this may be a personal thing but it can make wanting to rp with them kinda awkward and they get upset
4.when they act rlly sad all the time and say someone hates them when it’s like a toddler and it can make the rp kinda like sad ig?
5.when they join a different rp (ik people might get mad) but it’s fine if they go to the daycare and have a family rp aswell but when they just runaway and ignore u trying to find them
