Much appreciate this. I have CompTIA A+, CCNA R/S, CCNA SECURITY. 15 years of customer service. Basically 1 year in I.T. Have applied every day like am shooting hadoukens. But I don’t have a B.S or 5 yrs experience. I’m building a home lab and studying Linux+ in free time. The struggle is real my friend. If I could buy one of those shirts I would, but as soon as I get an I.T position I’ll buy two. Keep your head G , nobody said it was easy, but you can always be grateful for what you’ve been blessed with.
Thanks for this video! Truly appreciate it, was laid off on a project I was working on; I'm going to use this time off to study for next certification.
I'm late to this vid, but I wanted to say thanks for posting this! Also, your personality is refreshing; I'm surrounded by IT people and it's rare to find someone with pleasant soft skills lol
@Uwais The courses are video based and you can go at your own pace. Some course instructors are really good at answering your questions and may offer Facebook or Discord groups to help students.
I think if you have the time and your studying for certs it's really Ok to check atleast 2-3 resources (video tutorials) . And lots of labs if possible.
Highly recommend job skills share if you’re looking for a hands on/practical type learning. Especially if you don’t have experience they provide test labs
Kick cybermentor to the curb … I bought a month subscription and they videos continuously failed to play … restarted the router modem computers iPads laptops uninstalled and reinstalled browsers cleared the cache used chrome brave Firefox torch edge chrome - canary opera and the list goes on … the videos still failed.

What certifications do you suggest for someone going into IT Sales? I would be selling managed services, cloud, infrastructure, security, etc. I currently have ITF+, working on Cloud Essentials+ too.
I'm interested in i.t. but not sure about online if I'm wanting to learn CompTIA a+ net+ security+ do I need extra computer and internal parts and hardware routers switches
Do you know of any jobs or have any videos regarding IT jobs that don't involve physical work? I'm looking to get into IT but have major back problems.
Thank you. I'm sitting in my car just got out of the Library. Trying to learn anything so that when this storm blows over I'll have a chance at making a career
Great videos I just bought the white Itpro t shirt (one day I’ll be able to honestly wear it). And I just subbed to your channel. I did this to support you thanks I appreciate your content.
Another great thing you can do to support this channel is watch the ads, and click through. That helps a ton in generating ad revenue for a content maker. Even if you don’t like them, it helps Zack. So help the guy out y’all!
Thank you very much for the guidance....u truly are providing valuable facts to students trying to get employed...will definitely support your platform once I get employed
I’ve been doing some homework and was wondering do you offer paid consultations for questions? I was wondering may I pay you for 20/30 mins of your time?
Hi, I am from India. I do not have any knowledge in IT.. has been working as a medical transcriptionist and wanting to change my career, to healthcare IT. Could you please suggest how to get started. Thank you
Absolutely love Linux Academy, they constantly update their content. Cloud computing is their specialty, but they also provide instruction in security among others and their labs are phenomenal. The annual membership is the best value, versus monthly, ($399 per year vs. $49 per month). I joined during Black Friday last year, and I only paid $299, which is my PERMANENT renewal rate! I spent that on weekends on the beach in Maryland!
Shame I had posted a comment and UA-cam's funny coding messed it up. I must have added a symbol it didn't recognize. Anyway, to sum up what I said My honorable mentions would be #NexGenT and #icollege related. #SimpliLearn, #Intellipat, #acloudguru (which acquired #LinuxAcademy around the time of this video) and #eureka would be possible candidates. But my top three 🆓 and paid overall choices, in no particular order, are #Cybrary, #ITProTV, & #Coursera.
Itprotv sucks ass. Their a+ course was >100 hours (and the guy forgot a bunch of bullet points). *Can you get imagine the monumental waste of time & money I experienced?* Infuriating, it was a rambling, unorganized mess - almost immoral of them. Granted, I smashed the heck out of the a+ exams (1001: 850/900), but I could've done that with just Messer - which I had to use anyway when I went over the objectives and found how much itprotv *neglected* to talk about in their bloated mess of a course. I cannot stress enough how shit that course was.
Thanks so much for the shout out, Zach!
For sure brother. Hope all is well.
do either of you have discord channel i can join

A good free exam quiz site is GoCertify. The questions come from the actual exam vendors or some of the training providers listed in the video.
Sir want to know any site providing training in AWS certifications?
ITCQ50 core for Cybrary discount doesn’t work
Is there an update discount code for testout
Is your course on how to get an entry level IT job still available?
Is there any courses that include the actual certification?
First off, Great video. Secondly... I nearly died crying at that shirt Run Cmd. I would LOVE to get a hold of one of those

Any thoughts on Infosec Institute?
Somehow Boson didn't make it on this list - their exam prep made a huge difference in me getting my CCNA
Good Stuff! Used all of the following:
Udemy
Certmaster Learn/Practice
ITProTV
CBTNuggets
ProfessorMesser
MasterIT
ITF+ | PROJECT+ | A+
which one is better ?
Are Coursera or EdX worth anything?
I’ve been doing some homework and was wondering do you offer paid consultations for questions? I was wondering may I pay you for 20/30 mins of your time?
your website isn't working
Surprised the O’Reilly learning platform wasn’t in the survey
What about Boson? Boson seems pretty good, no.
how about lynda.com? Why it is not in the list?
Vladislav Kalashnikov isn’t that now linked in learning?

What about Edmentum

Great video Zach! Thank you for the reply

@@Itcareerquestions Hi Zach. Is your course on how to get an entry level IT job still available? Or any other course for beginners?
Thank you so much for all information. It will help me a lot! 😃
I have taken 3 TestOut courses. Amazing. They push you way beyond the minimum. $400 each without a student code but well worth it
You should look out for their sales
The student discount is $114
Watch for the TestOut sales (or sign up for notifications) every month something goes on sale. Really great pricing if you look for them.
