1 serving of traditional peanut butter is 190 calories. 1 serving of any of these powdered brands are between 45- 60 calories per serving. Unless you are diabetic and watching your sugar intake, powdered form is a great route and the sugar is a non factor. Also, 1 packet of Stevia to all of these selections makes for a sweeter flavor.
